Given the traffic situation in KL, the location is perfect adjacent to the central terminal stragiht from the KLIA via KLIA Express. So one would expect airport hotel quality but not so. Room top class, concirege helpful, reception quick, fitness center very well run, F&B quite nice. Also given that I frequently visit KL, access to mass transit is excellent. Px. wise, reasonable as well.

I've been a frequent visitor to this hotel this year and I cannot express how welcome the staff has made me feel. I spent my birthday in KL and had a birthday cupcake waiting for me that was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Many of the staff recognize me and always say hi and inquire about my stay. It is very nice to have such great treatment especially when being away from home so much.

I am disappointed with this hotel and caused me unnecessary mental stress instead of peace that I look for. The hotel management at the highest levels are least concerned about the guest's feedback . So I can understand the attitude of the lower staff in service, The schemes of the hotel are not transparent and despite voicing my feedback they were just defensive than apologetic !

Well located in the City of Kuala Lumpur. From Airport it is a quick ride to the KL Central Station by train and you can walk across the road to the Hotel. Similarly you can use the train to reach KLCC. The amenities at the Hotel are great with good ambience. Staff are well groomed and behaved.

I was really impressed with this hotel: there was a warm welcome on check-in, the staff accomodated our every need and were always polite and friendly. The food was very good and location handy for exploring KL by train. Finally when we checked out we had a query with the bill which was dealt with very professionally and to our satisfaction. I really would recommend staying here.

I can say KUDOS to the Le Meridien staffs for my 2 nights stay. I do not regret renewing my Starwood Privilege Members as I've been treated a 5 star service. Though new construction of buildings surrounding has blocked the greatest panoramic view but the hospitality, ambience, f&b didn’t spoilt my New Year celebration. Thumbs up for Le Meridien. Will not hesitate to come here again

I stayed only one night on my short business stop over in KL but the hotel is good value for money and very convenient as from KLIA up and back you can just go by expres train as the hotel is just oposite central station where the train gets from the KLIA, once at central station you just have to cross the road and check in at Meridien. I will for sure come back in my next visit

Just had a very pleasant 2 month stay. Friendly management & staff.
A welcoming Club Lounge.
The location has easy access to the city's various rail systems. One stop to The Gardens/Megamall or 5 stops to KLCC Petronas Twin Towers without
needing the use of an umbrella to shelter from the daily showers.
Gastro Sentral's Burger is simply the best burger, flavourful and light.

Always a loyal Starwood customer, my stay was excellent. The level of service and standard lives up to the Starwood brand. The Le Meridien KL comes with great value and excellent service. Choose a room high up and splurge a little for club lounge benefits. Staff is always attentive, the newly renovated decor is soothing and makes a great statement as well as a lasting impression. Design of the room is very attentive with great attention to details. The only con I have is that the room that I was in - club room king bed - was a bit small, albeit the grand and spacious bathroom. If you have more than 2 people staying in the room, I would suggest the club suite.
Aside from the club lounge, the bistro next to the lobby - Gastro Sentral - serves up really good and artistic food. LOVE the deconstructed take on their Caesar Salad and the seafood appetizer that was served like a piece of art on a big piece of watermelon.

Your location is perfect for going around KL bcos right opp to KL Sentral Station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The dinner buffet is great! We enjoyed a lot during our stay.

Jini, Erna, Chloe & Alberto were a fantastic team in the Club Lounge taking care of all the details with their warm hospitality. Some features in the rooms are starting to show its age but overall cleaniness is very good.
Food quality is good at Latest Recipe but the staff 's customer service skills can be a lot better. It was a pleasant stay nonetheless, I'll sure be back!

I like the Le Meridian in KL because you can get to and from the airport in 28 minutes on the "KLIA Ekspres" -- saving a minimum hour of traffic.
The hotel has a really nice modern lobby and great pool area. The breakfast buffet isn't very good. The rooms are spacious and classically appointed.
No real problems and the price was cheaper than other similar quality hotels.

Room size is decent for single or max 2 guests. Room is well kept and feels cozy.
Except for the leaking pipe of the shower head, overall experience was good.
Conference room was a little bit too cold. Breakfast and lunch was great. Good variey and quality.

Well connected from KLIA, centrally accessible by public transportation which saves time. While the view is partially blocked, but the hotel has been refurbished and deco refreshed in stages. Staff at Latest Recipe has lots of room to improve in terms of efficiency, and the food stations can be better organised. Royal Club Lounge is comfortable and pleasant.

The original booking was made for king size bed. However upon checking in , there was no king size bed. Plus the front desk people is not attentive enough to guests request. Plus housekeping services was not done everyday . Guest checking in for 2 nights and notice trash in the bin was not pick up.

Thank you to every member of staff we encountered during our 4 day stay. They were ALL without exception most helpful, friendly, courteous and efficient. The only fault we could find is that new building blocking what must have been a fantastic view of the Lake Gardens, National Mosque, National Museum etc. Such a pity - but not the fault of the hotel of course.

An excellent hotel that feels very new and clean and comfortable. The staff are superior, very friendly, and conscientious. The location is very convenient to the central train station (and the many forms of public transportation), though only Little India is in easy walking distance for a tourist. Still, most places are a quick and inexpensive cab ride away.

The hotel was conveniently located on top of the KL Sentral station which was just 30 minutes away from the airport - perfect for me leaving the city for a morning flight.
I especially enjoyed the pool which spanned 120 meters wide.
Room service was excellent - had both my dinner and breakfast at my room
Overall a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable price

The location is excellent for arriving and departing international airport as well as all the various areas be it close, or afar due to the availability of transport services to almost everywhere in KL and beyond. Great hotel restaurants within and outside ranging from simple basic to exquisite fine dining.

The hotel is across the street from the Sentral Rail station making it very easy to travel to from the airport. Hotel is modern, clean, offers exceptional amenities.Resturants offer variety of food, well prepared and presented, and great tastes. Staff were exceptional, professional and pleasant.

First experience was the club suite whereby everything is wonderful and awesome, especially the room is with the swimming pool view. I have to say that Le Meridien KL's swimming pool is very beautiful and gave me a summer vacation feel!
Second stay was the classic room where there view is limited, the bathtub is too small, bigger size person will have problem with a bath in it.
When I was there the lobby is under renovation too, didn't affect me much, they did a great job on the temporary concierge. However, during check out, front desk forgot to refund my deposit back to my card, I have to make a few phone calls later on to make it done.
Next thing I would like to mention is not related to the room stay but it's the dining option in the hotel which affect my overall staying experience. The dinner buffet in Latest Recipe was not up to expectation, I rather spend the money on nearby fast food shop. Very disappointed with the dinner.

This hotel is very conveniently situated near to the KLIA Express at Sentral. KLCC and other shopping malls are easily accessible either via the LRT/Monorail or taxi.
The room I was given was clean, and amenities provided were more than satisfactory.
I dined at the Gastro pub & Favola. Service and food were excellent in both of these restaurants.

i was hoping for a lovely dinner at Prime. After the wondershul lobster bisque, i was eagerly expecting the kobe fillet mignon. unfortunately, there were a few insects jumping around my steak. Thank goodness your restaurant manager was nearby to witness this. Although, i was provided a replacement steak, this unhygenic experience ruined it for me.

We stayed here for 6 days 5 nights at this wonderful hotel as our last stop for the trip in Malaysia .It's a really great that we enjoyed the stunning pool and exciting slide here.Lots of fun!

Fresh from a weekend's stay back in Dec 2012, I decided to stay back again for my birthday over the last weekend.
While the hotel makes effort in making my stay as lovely as possible, I am very disappointed over a wrong bill that was billed to me. The "mistake" was uncalled for. They should have thought twice before playing a fool with my bill.

Was offered a room upgrade by a seemingly disgruntled staff. While my husband and I were appreciative of the gesture, we would have preferred if the counter staff didn't imply that we had 'insisted' on the upgrade. He even gave us the cold shoulder when we said 'thank you'!

Good location and nice hotel, great rooms and the check in staff was very curteous. I was overall pleased with the stay, the only thing I had a complaint was the bar staff was very cold and the service was very poor at the bar and i got charged for 2 double drinks although I had ordered only single drinks. Also very few options to dine.

Compared to the other hotels I have stayed in the region, this is by far the worst.
The wall plug was not working, and I had to get the mechanic to service it in the middle of the night
Also, the room is so spartan - can't seem to locate any stationery.
The dine in was so expensive, yet the nasi lemak I ordered was not tasty!
