As a business traveller, stable internet access is paramount to communicate by email and I am unable to do so as the internet in my suite kept breaking down.
This is not the first time this has happened to me at this hotel, but it is the last as I will not stay at this hotel again. By far, the worst hotel in SPG for internet.

My stay at LM, KL was not one of the best experiences. Right from check-in to the check-out i felt the service was missing. The worst of it was at Gastro. The staff is rude, non-attentive and arrogant. I had to ask for everything twice and still it was NOT delivered. Even after bringing the same to notice nothing was done to rectify it. Most horrible experience at Gastro. Am not staying at LM, KL again and if staying no more Gastro for me for sure.

另外， 酒店有提供两杯免费的illy咖啡，去兑换的时候，居然被女服务员白眼，还说没有换的。 最后在我的坚持下，才给予兑换。服务部诚恳！

The hotel is average for its standing.. and probably a good value for money at first.
But careful, prices for extra are not clearly disclosed and work out to be a rip off -e.g. phone is over 5 dollars/min whilst 4cents with mobile -
Save yourself the risk and pick one of the other hotel around.

Club room staffs are not friendly (except one person), laundry service is lousy. Front office is understaff, club reception is not available from time to time. Room temperature controller is in fact last century artefact, without functionality.

I was extremely disppointed at the wifi quality at your hotel, which was not easy to get connected in the first place and the connection was slow and not stable. I've never stayed at a hotel of similar stars that offers such aweful wifi connection. As a frequent business traveler, I will certainly not choose Le Meridien next time I'm in KL.

I have been coming to Le Meridien KL, for a few years now and it remained my fav starwood property in Kuala Lumpur. Its unfortunate that during my last stay that both rooms assigned to me had aircond problem. I was too tired to ask for a third room so i just let the matter drop. I would come back :D
