last trip I'm forgot and leave my Towel at hotel room, lucky hotel staff help me to keep it and wait for me to collect. they not only keep high value item, as long as what you forget. for me this this is not only a towel.

During check-in, the front desk could not find my profile. After 10 minutes with the assistance of a senior staff, they realized I was a SPG platinum member and not a SPG Gold member. And I was then routed to the Club Lobby @ 33rd level for a check-in.
At the Club Lobby, I was told the room was ready but pending a supervisor to check before they let any guest to the room. Waited for around 30 minutes and I was told the room was still pending the supervisor to check and they offered another room (not at Club floor).
Went to the room and found out that the Internet and Air-Con was not working at all. So it set me wondering what was the "pending Supervisor to check before the guest is allowed to the room" - so did they even check this alternate room they gave to me?
All Meridien can do is call up to apologize and send me a apology note from the Hotel GM.
Now I am wondering why I even continue to support SPG.

There's a question in the starwood guest feedback questionaire asking if the guest felt important for being a platinum member and I always said yes for the past 6 years.However, I was not able to do so for my most recent visit.I was in my room and the room service attendent handed me the GM's welcome card with the wrong room number, handling me the plate with fork and knife all without the proper napkins, macaroon box ,and apples all at once. I also called as many as three times to the new SPG cordinator as many as three time but no call back despite the promise of calling back.

I have been staying at Le Meridien KL for a week and a half and I have had constant problems with the housekeeping.
As other guests have mentioned, the rooms are old, faded and with an unclean feel.
The biggest problem for me is the bathroom, full of mold, with a musky stench and not clean
I have changed room once and I have required daily re-cleaning of my bathroom as there was always left over hair from a third party in the bathtub, on the towels and visible green mold on the sink.
Towels and supplies were not adequately replenished.
I complained to the front desk and saw no improvement to date.
