Rated 5 out of 5 by This Hotel Keeps its promises and more My family was here in June 2013. The hotel and staff were different then. Its a different feeling this time from our first visit last year - much much better - I think either the management changed - or - The management has adopted some new policies which is shown on all their team members very obviously. I like it! We were on a all inclusive breakfast and dinner family package - on the second night, the buffet area at Level 8 was closed for a private function. We weren't told about this until we got there. However, leMeridien kept their promise and it was a ala carte buffet for us at the Italian restaurant at Level 8. We had more than we bargain for. We had a very pleasant dinner and stay. Staff was excellent all round. Thank you. December 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel is convenient The location is great, convenient to get there via Espress train. One of the uncomfortable thing is that someone ring my door bell at mid-night once in my 4 nights stay. This made me feel uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet is not something great. But in the 8/F breakfast restaurant, I was sitting under the whirling fan which made me headache. December 8, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Another bad experience with Meridien During check-in, the front desk could not find my profile. After 10 minutes with the assistance of a senior staff, they realized I was a SPG platinum member and not a SPG Gold member. And I was then routed to the Club Lobby @ 33rd level for a check-in. At the Club Lobby, I was told the room was ready but pending a supervisor to check before they let any guest to the room. Waited for around 30 minutes and I was told the room was still pending the supervisor to check and they offered another room (not at Club floor). Went to the room and found out that the Internet and Air-Con was not working at all. So it set me wondering what was the "pending Supervisor to check before the guest is allowed to the room" - so did they even check this alternate room they gave to me? All Meridien can do is call up to apologize and send me a apology note from the Hotel GM. Now I am wondering why I even continue to support SPG. January 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Another Excellent Stay I almost could not have made it for this trip as i was sick. Arrived after 10pm instead of noon as planned. I got the first cheer from the front office who acceded to my request to upgrade me to a premier room since i book a classic room. I always love the premier room as the bathtub is nothing less than superb. Thank you so much for making my day. I really appreciated it very much. The room was what it was supposed to be. The closet cabinet lights did not light up but it did not bother me. Bed was good and i managed to get additional 2 pillows from house keeping. I slept well !! Had dinner at gastro sentral and i thought the quality of the food was special but taste wise, could be better. (i am not comparing with street food). beautiful and nice place though. I enjoy the huge pool and spa facilities. Thank you so much and i look forward to be able to stay at your hotel again. November 19, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel and it just keeps getting better! This is my second stay and what more can I say, it just keep getting better. Room was excellent, clean and cozy, room service was exceptionally fast. Looking forward for my next visit on December! Kudos guys! Well done November 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice room, nice staff My Room was nice, comfortable and had a very nice view and the staff was very friendly and helpful (could leave my bagage in the hotel after check-out and free shower in the spa befor going to the airport), but there was no free wifi in the room and also no breakfast included, for this price disappointing. The location right next to the main train station was very handy. November 17, 2014
