I came here every month, i love the hotel and staff they made mr feel at home , Khalaf Amer Waddah give me a very nice service, Ms.Alaa she's really amazing and her smile made me feel welcome i have nothing to say more that to all of you

The hotel is rather suitable for conferences and business meetings. There is a need to really enforce a non-smoking policy in the hotel

We stayed here before Petra.
Rooms and lobby are a bit dated and could be better.
There was a security checkpoint before entering the hotel.
There were a few front deck staff. But, they weren't as attentive as they could be.

I have been leaving in this hotel for nine months; I work not so closed and due to the traffic I thought to change many times to another hotel near to my working place. I decide to remain here due to the really helpful staff; many small problems happened in the nine months, but they always found the best solution in a reasonable time.
The staff make me feel home and welcome every time I come back from my monthly travel.
The SPA is also good, nice pool outside and indoor, sauna and steamer are clean. Thanks to the manager and staff of the Spa and the hotel.

Very nice stay. the staff made me feel very welcome. The suite was spotless and quiet.

Needless to mention, the Hotel is very well oriented, very comforting and most important is having good staff who are trained and experienced enough to make you feel home. There are good people there, the services were tremendously high quality and the moment you start calling them by their own names means that the place is a safe and warm place
