I really got to know the staff more and it is a warm welcome feeling I get when I stay with you. Thanks to all your staff for making it another great stay in Al Khobar. Rated 4 out of 5 by Very very good but could improve a few things Went to the cafe for our 2 free coffees, but the staff were nowhere to be found. Had to go and hunt them down. Also, when I checked in, was told I had access to the Club facilities on the 12th floor, but when I tried to enter, my key did not allow entry. Went down to reception, and was told I didn't have access to the lounge (even though I was staying on a Club floor). Apart from these things, it's a great hotel. Great beds ! Most reception staff friendly, except for one. August 29, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Superb hotel in Sasudi Arabia If you are out here for business or leisure, you should definitely stay at this hotel. Service is attentive, friendly and helpful. They are the main reason I keep coming back! I never really experience any issues, but when I do, the staff is quick to respond and help me out. All of my check-in's have been flawless so far. I arrive, I sign a paper and I get my room keys. This is so important as I often fly in at night and all I wan to do is get to bed as quickly as possible. The lounge is above average in terms of the quality of food and beverage and the people who staff it. If you are Platinum, the breakfast buffet is included and is actually top notch. Overall, great hotel - would absolutely recommend if you are in the Al Khobar area. August 20, 2014

I want to mention specifically one person that continues to stand out time and time again. Mr. Radi (reservation manager) his courtsey and level of professionalism are beyond description. Always eager and works hard to accommedates our needs. Very personable and passionate about client's comfort. the hotel is fortunate to have him in that position. Rated 3 out of 5 by Reduced facilities during Ramadan although the Hotel still charges full rates for the rooms, there is only one Restaraunt open in the evening, and it was full of screaming kids running around. Not a very pleasant environment for a peaceful meal. B'fast was only by room service, but still charged at ful rates. July 16, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Quality Hotel We have stayed at this hotel before and on arrival were greeted by very welcoming staff who remembered us from previous visits. They rushed to assist us and were attentive to our every need from the moment we arrived until departure. The check-in staff were polite, courteous and efficient and by the time we arrived at our room a short while later, our bags were already there. The room was clean,comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view across the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were treated like VIPs throughout our stay. The hotel is situated very close to the beach with all facilities, shops, malls, restaurants very close by. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again. July 13, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Top of the line property The hotel is safe, comfortable and clean. The staff is wonderful and the food is incredible. Do not miss having dinner at Fusion on the 2nd floor. A truly first class dining option featuring Sushi in the raw, and in a fusion style as well. The rooms are comfortable, and designed for business with plenty of electrical plug access, large flat screen TV full desktop access to audio, video, and high-tech connections. July 10, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Two Week Stay - No SPG or Green Points I stayed at the Al Khobar for two weeks and the hotel didn't give me any SPG points or Make a Green Choice points. I had to send an email to SPG who gave me the points except the Green points. Now, I have to call back. The hotel management is completely indifferent and their actions shows they couldn't care a less. They kept saying "we're working on it" but have done anything to fix it or keep me or my colleagues in the know who are having the exact same problem. I have wasted at least an hour chasing after the points. The hotel seems to prefer to default to their own favor vs. in favor of the customer. Their lack of action in getting the points awarded will cost me in my Platinum challenge. It's very disappointing as every Le Meridien I've stayed at throughout the world has been the tops. This one seems to be following a different rule book. The elevators smell - BIG time. There is clearly no ventilation and gets ripe. On the bright side, the service staff is what you'd expect at a Le Meridien. The guys in the Cafe and the room staff are outstanding. July 8, 2014
