ive syayed several nights at different hotels in Al khobar, and Le merdien was the best in every aspect.
a state of the art facilities, clean hall way and rooms, huge out door pools, and good recognition of Spg members.
Unfortunately i stayed only one night, but i wanna visit again soon and i can definitely reccommend this hotel to you.

Although I’m a Starwood preferred guest, a business traveler working for one of the top 10 fortune corporates, Cisco Systems, the hotel gave me none Starwood preferred guest room, it was on the 3rd floor, facing air conditioners chillers, carpet smelly and old. I spend 5 hours and I could not stand it, then I had to go again to reception and got a change after complaining. the new room was OK but had two single beds, i felt i'm sleeping in kids bed where no move is allowed or you end up on the carpet
I noticed that I forgot my tooth bruch, I called room service at midnight, the guy asked me to call the operator, I called around 5 times with no answer.
I wanted to take a shower in the morning, the bathtub sink was blocked (or maybe it was closed an i did not know how to open it), I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to open it and I failed, I could not call room service because I was already wet, I took the shower and the dirty water reached almost my knees.
It was not a good experience, all my Cisco colleagues went to another hotel but I preferred Starwood, I was the loser

The location is perfect. All the staff are friendly and helpful to all my concerns. I feel safe and secured during my stay. Hope i will experience the same at your Jeddah property.

The check-in process, as usual, was fast and efficient. The Club floor rooms have been upgraded to include current modern features which suited all of my needs. Along with the expected functions of the staff, they added a personal touch to make the stay that much more enjoyable. It will remain the hotel of choice while traveling to the Kingdom.

This was my first trip to KSA for business and in all honesty, I did not know what to expect, The hotel was recommended via our companies travel office for safety and accommodations.
The room was very clean comfortable and well appointed. Every day, I was provided complimentary water and fresh fruit and a voucher for free espresso / Cappuccino at the coffee shop n the lobby.
The hotel staff were courteous and made every effort to make my stay comfortable. The three hotel restaurants, while expensive, provided excellent fare.

Have stayed in this hotel on many occasions and the quality has always been good given the fact that renovations have taken place in the last year. I particularly enjoy using the executive floor as it is a quiet area to relax and if necessary work. During my last two visits however, this facility has been unavailable, instead the use of rooms on the second floor is provided. I have to say that these rooms are rather dated and inferior to that on the twelfth floor and it made for a rather disappointing experience.

At check in (early hours of the morning) my pre booked room was not available and was given a twin bed room which did not suit my needs. I was promised a room as booked the next evening. After returning to theHotel the next day I had to insist on a room change!! The room rate was not altered for my first night stay and I paid the full price!
My SPG was not recognised until I pointed this out to the Staff.

Checked in early, however we were surprised to notice that Le Meridien did not send their own car for airport pickup rather it was a rent-a car hired for the pickup. Rooms were nice, however knowing that its a single person in the room I had two beds instead of one. Being an SPG member I have never stayed in any property with Two beds instead of a King Bed option. Management needs to look at these small details in future. Overall stay was good.

The room was clean comfortable and ticked all the boxes for a good nights sleep and hot refreshing shower with soft bath towels available for drying off.
Room service was used twice and the prompt service from the extensive menu met my requirements when I could eat and work without having to venture downstairs to the formal restaurants.
the pleasant staff are an asset to this establishment.

I have stayed at the Meridien on 2 separate occasions now and both times the hotel has lived up to my expectations. There are drawbacks, but that is down to local law, not to the hotel.
The hotel cars used for airport transport etc could use an update though. Also the sauna could do with a refurbish, but overall still acceptable. Rooms are spacious and fully fitted with all modern compfort. Excellent beds.

The Hotel in Al-Khobar great location , It is seeing the Gulf from any of its room. The room is relatively small but comfort. Internet WIFI needs to be free of charge. Breakfast is too expensive especially if you have kids or children.

My colleague and I arrived at 12.30 am tired from over 20 hr day to be told our stay was booked via a third party (Expedia) and not eligible for SPG points and that if you do not have your room cleaned for your three night stay, you will receive some points. Well sorry but NO, loyalty programs are to reward the loyal, not to rip them off!!. I stay in hotels for business over 70 nights a year and will be choosing an alternative when visiting Al Khobar.

My stay at Hotel Le Meridien in Al-Khobar Saudi Arabia, was and has always been a wonderful experience for me. My favorite parts of this hotel are: 1) the rooms and 2) the meal in the main lobby diner.
The rooms are spotlessly maintained. And with the introduction of the "ECO Stay Lifestyle", I have been an ardent fan of eco way of living, I am very happy with it. The meal offered in the main lobby is of various choices that it caters for any taste.

Corporate rates are way off compared to other competitors in khobar. Spoke to manager about this and he says he can do nothing about even a simple breakfast request even for a repeat guest who stayed 15 days 2 months back
I checked out in 3 days instead of the 10 days I booked due to his unsatisfactory behaviour
Giving corporate guests with 4 hour Internet connection and claiming as free high speed Internet access is a hoax marketing

I have been staying at the Le Meridien for 17 years in Al-Khobar and it truely covers all my needs when visiting on business. I was a little unsure about the white leather chairs in the foyer, but when I tried one didnt want to get out of it. !! I do like the friendly attitude of the staff, it comes across as real, and not as in some other hotels as a fake emotion. Will be back in September. Thanks for making me feel so at home .

The staff seemed to drop the ball on this visit. I was booked in a room with two double beds, not my usual. And the staff did not realize I was SPG Gold until after I had agreed to accept a non prefered room. I was tired and need to prepare for a meeting so did not have time to change again.
Not the normal way I am used to at this hotel.

Each time I check out of your hotel, I have an issue with language with the front desk staff. This time, was miscommunication on weather I was going to be billed for breakfast on day of check out our not. This caused an embarrasing situation for me in your lobby, when the portly gentleman from the restaurant chased me down in the lobby and made me hand over my credit card in front of my colleagues to pay for breakfast.

I was very impressed with the very warm welcome from the doorman, bellman to the front desk who is very flexible with the early check-in procedure.
I like the design of the room with the sea view and nice location.
Quick service from the housekeeping and In-Room Dining.
The outdoor pool is very inviting and the Recreation staff were very friendly.
It was a perfect stay...

I have stayed one night in this hotel and was not impressed at all! The room was not cleaned well and the following service after my complaint was less than satisfactory!
Upon arriving in my room around 10 in the evening I found an empty syringe laying on top of the mini bar. When I complained about it I was offered a new room but had to transfer my luggage my self. In the mean time apparently someone from the staff had been to the old room and removed the syringe and rather than disposing it, it was transferred to my new room and put on the desk! This meant I had to go down to the lobby again and demand yet another room. Which I did get, and again I had to transfer my lugage myself. All in all this sherade cost almost an hour and some stress. At a time I should have been in bed after a long day traveling. This not the level of service and situation I would expect in a Meridien.

Rated 5 out of 5 The best hotel in Al Khobar
I am pretty impressed with Le Meridien Al Khobar. They have great facilities and excellent customer service. Really enjoyed the sea view and corniche. Food was fabulous.
Thanks to Rahul from the reception who really helped me with guidance to the customer locations and sweet spots in Khobar.
I would definitely recommend to all business folks coming to the Eatern Province of Saudi Arabia
