Rated 5 out of 5 by Great services, great staff The Hotel met my expectations and requirements. I used its services, including their rent a car and they proved efficient and reliable. Staff were very helpful and quick to react to my requests for information and help, especially the concierge desk, excellent staff. The director Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim stands out as an exceptional person. Best wishes to them all. July 13, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by This Hotel Can not be a Le Méridien ! I am totally surprised that this hotel is managed by Le Meridian! The standard rooms are poor, and smell bad (smoky ) , but the executive floors are excellent , I was disappointed last time with standard rooms , however this time I was extremely happy from the rooms. We had a meeting arranged in the hotel, and was not happy form the food quality, the setup, the internet was not available and when we complained the responsible manager replied that it is our mistake that we did not highlighted that we need wifi !
