This hotel needs more trained management who should be available to assist guests as soon as they needed. The furniture is old fashion and need to be renovated. The service the medium, but need more training to be professionals.

This hotel always provides me the best, most friendly service I've ever experienced. My double bed room was huge, very nicely furnitured, and very clean, a very friendly trainer.
I can just recommend this hotel to everyone.

we asked for two king size bed rooms got double beds rooms
i asked for airport pickup for a second guest i was told that is not posible as call center did not note it down
frankly i dont not recommend this hotel to any one

The hotel is conveniently located to both commercial & banking outlets. Hotel facilities are comfortable & well kept. I highly recommend this hotel for businessmen.

The room was smelling very bad and the carpet stinks. Washroom was not great at all. I had much better experience in other SPG or Le Meriden hotels in the world.
Couch and sofa was extermely dirty and smell very bad.

The hotel stay was fine, but I have been there a few of times over the past two years. The only concern I have are the mattresses the sag in the middle. Is there a plan to upgrade the mattresses with better quality?

I just love this hotel, whenever I check-out I wait egerly for the next time to come back, location is just perfect and food is amaizing. Have traveled around the globe and I consider this hotel one of the best.

I was charged for breakfast although my rate includse breakfast and the receptionist confirmed it.
The restaurants were booked for functions and hotel guests were crambed in small rooms and had to share tables.

The hotel is in a good location and all is good about the hotel from restaurant to room service, the best thing about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff, really excellent, specially the egyptian ones.

iam staying in Le Meridien Jeddah from Jan-2009 and I was very happy continue my stay with them but recently the service level dropped and the treatment for GOLD member is not up to the standard.

The security guys at the front need some training on how to deal with people , when they want to check the trunk of the car they knock on the trunk repeatedly in a very disrespectful way .

The hotel is very nice and well taken care of, also with a superb fitness center incl. an outdoor pool. One of the things i relly enjoyed was the beds! The best sleep I've had in a hotel since many years.

For a business visit, this was an excellent choice for a hotel. Accommodations were very good and the service was excellent. An evening walk to the mall next door is a good way to stretch your legs.

The hotel is well located, near shopping, business areas and the airport is only 10 minutes away. The service was very good and the rooms are big and well designed.

Rooms were dirty, window was tinted red, there was hair on the sofa, bathroom smelt like sewage, dust everywhere especially around the light switches and electricity sockets and food was horrible.

I have just stayed at Le Meridien Jeddah on 10 Sept 2012 till 12 Sept 2012. I arrived at the hotel on 9th September for check in. The reception staff, yasser told me that I have no reservation with them and told me to show the confirmation number. As I could not find my reservation confimration number in my emails, I told him to check once again maybe it was booked wrongly by dates or by name. He just ignore my request and have given me a cold shoulder and tried to dismiss me. I appealed to him that I am a loyal SPG member since 2006 and i would greatly appreciate if he could find a room for me, but to no avail. The following day, as were holding the seminar in Meridien I found my reservation confirmation number. I confronted him why he could not retrieve my reservation. He didnt even apologize for the inconvience he caused me of finding a room to stay the other night. He finally gave me the room as if nothing incovenience happenned. What a disappointing service for such a splendid and remarkable hotel. The stupidity and uncaring attitude of one personnel can ruin the reputation of Le meridien.
