This hotel is so old and worn out that I can't believe SPG allows the company flying this Le Meridien flag to go this long. This is terrible for the perceptions of the brand. The hotel stinks - and by that I mean smells. The whole place smells like mildew and filth. When you complain about it they will just spray over it with a cheap can of aerosol spray like you get at a cheap discount store. It then just smells worse as you can still smell the underlying smell but now it's like a nasty taxi cab with cheap deodorizers. The room service menu is terrible and if you speak English they won't be able to understand you and you won't be able to understand them. There's a lot of road noise. Overall it just feels, looks, and smells so old that I feel dirty staying here. Only here because it is SPG, but this is really not a place I enjoy or look forward to staying at. Please remodel this place. This has long been overlooked.

The Hotel met my expectations and requirements. I used its services, including their rent a car and they proved efficient and reliable. Staff were very helpful and quick to react to my requests for information and help, especially the concierge desk, excellent staff. The director Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim stands out as an exceptional person.

I've stayed in this property for more 50 nights since March this year. In other hotels long stayer gets more privileges but not at this property.
Please add TV channels from Indian subcontinent.
