Rooms are renovated but still looks very old. Bathroom had mold on the walls, vanity mirror was broken, bathroom was not cleaned properly, stains on bed sheets, headboard had stains in them. Hotel was not a 5 star at all. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good to sleep, stay in the hart of the city. The location is great and accessible, and there is a shopping mall beside it.
The worst thing in the hotel is the gym, it is very old and need for improvement, especially machines.
Staff here are very kind and lovely, the enforce you to stay with them again and again.
There is good and quite lounge for SPG members and those who stayed in club room.
When you stay, try to ask for larger room with any rate; it will be the same price.

This hotel is so old and worn out that I can't believe SPG allows the company flying this Le Meridien flag to go this long. This is terrible for the perceptions of the brand. The hotel stinks - and by that I mean smells. The whole place smells like mildew and filth. When you complain about it they will just spray over it with a cheap can of aerosol spray like you get at a cheap discount store. It then just smells worse as you can still smell the underlying smell but now it's like a nasty taxi cab with cheap deodorizers. The room service menu is terrible and if you speak English they won't be able to understand you and you won't be able to understand them. There's a lot of road noise. Overall it just feels, looks, and smells so old that I feel dirty staying here. Only here because it is SPG, but this is really not a place I enjoy or look forward to staying at. Please remodel this place. This has long been overlooked.
