On arrival at the hotel we were moved to the new extension!
Very high tech, have never been in a room with so many lights!! Beautiful design, really spacious. Very clean, just wish we could have stayed for longer.

Outstanding and at times speechless, this Hotel goes out of its way to make you feel welcome and part of its family, It will start with the Doormen and Bell hops welcoming you to the hotel knowing where to take you, The whole Royal Club Team (because they are a team) Going the extra mile to ensure your stay there is memorable, Everything from In room dining who remember you preferences, to the people at the Spa making a booking is very easy, the all the eateries, and pubs there Especially the wait staff at the Warehouse, and the outside wait staff at Jules to the entire staff at Long Yin, it is always a pleasure to return to your hotel. And Checking in and out with the Royal Club staff is easy!! I would like to thank Ms Vida, Carol, Gemmy, Gleyo, Mona, Margie, and ,Marla for all that you do!! You really do care about the customers and customer service.

In April 2014 I enjoyed the excellent service, the pool area and Meridien Village for 5 days.
The breakfast buffet is superb and I spent hours during the evenings in the Village. One thing is really a pitty: NO FREE WI-FI!!! The rent is only for a very high price availble. This is no service excellence in the mobile 21st Century. Metro Link station "Airport Terminal 1" is in walking distance (less than 300m from the hotel entrance.) Convenient also with luggage.

Each time i come here i am blown away by how professional your staff truely is!! It all starts with being greeted by the bell hops and remembering who you are, and your staff at check in (regular or the royal club) always greeting you with a smile and ask how you are doing!! The rooms a awesome, clean an comfortable, Your room room service staff is very prompt and and always welcome me back!! The wait staff at all of your Restaurants & Lounges are very professional and are always very helpful especially the staff at the Paino Bar, The Warehouse, and the outside staff at Jules bar. Even renting the hotel car, the drivers get you where you need to go and wait for you. And the Spa staff is probaly the very best in Dubai. This Hotel makes you feel like you are part of their family, i will always make this hotel my first choice. And i would like to say thank you to the entire roayl club staff each and everyone of you, for always going the extra mile for me.

I truely enjoyed my stay at this hotel which is the primary reason that I continually stay at this hotel whenever I have the need to trvael to or through Dubai. The rooms, food and relaxation are superb.

An otherwise excellent visit was marred by incident at time of arrival. We arrived late after a long flight from Australia and, despite saying several times that we did not want to make up our mind about breakfast options, we were harangued into agreeing to a special deal option. This turned out to be more expensive and completely unsuitable for us. We complained to the duty manager who promised to remove it from the bill, we were willing to pay the normal charge for breakfast taken. Despite promising this was being done, in fact we were charged for the extra ""special deal". Be aware of special deals! We never did work out what was special to merit the extra cost. Quite spoiled what would otherwise have been a lovely stay in a lovely hotel.

I stayed in this property as part of Emirates Airline's 'Dubai Connect' program. Emirates handled my visa, transportation, and accommodations. I was in my room within 45 minutes after exiting the plane. The hotel and room were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. There was complimentary breakfast as well. The hotel staff arranged wake-up calls and airport transportation so that I was back to the airport in plenty of time for my flight. This service and hotel made a very long series of flights bearable. I had doubts that it would be worth the effort but it certainly was. The whole operation is a resounding success.

Old room, but comfortable. Very poor bathroom
The Club Rotana services are not as good as competitors. For examples to obtain a second serving of canapés is not easy with staff making you feel like you are asking for the earth. The Club staff are not the best, very slow. The impression is that the can't wait to go home.
Almost very good but not quite.

I did not have high expectations prior to my arrival knowing that this hotel is an old one, but I was surprised when I entered my room and found everything I needed. This is what the 5 star hotel in the old golden days offered. The breakfast was also a surprise as it was great and offered everything. The hotel is so close to the airport and you only allow 10 minutes for it. The Sea Food is among the best in town.

The staff are without a doubt the strength of this resort. This is followed quickly buy the absolute beauty and cleanliness of the facitlies. If you do not enjoy your experience at the Le meridien, then I assure you, you did not arrive with that intent. I will go back again and again, and will most certainly recommend this to everyone I meet.

I was placed in the hotel due to a delayed Emirates flight, which means I was not prepared for a hotel stay.
Although the room and staff were great, no toothbrush, or disposable razor were made available. Only shampoo and body wash.
I think it is necessary to add this also to the bathroom.

Thanks again to the staff and management at Le Meridien Airport hotel Dubai. They never let me down, and it always serves as a place I can recharge on my long journeys.
The staff really goes the extra mile to please, from the complimentary beverage on arrival to the over-the-top breakfast service with fresh on-the-spot baking, and good coffee (which is rare at any hotel!).

I stayed in this hotel as my connection with Emirates failed. When entering through the Emirates reception it looks like a Grade B hotel. The rooms at this end are also around Grade B standard.
However, once you leave this part of the hotel it is a lovely facility with three swimming pools and a dozen restaurants. The Emirates side of the hotel tells you nothing about facilities, so don't be fooled. Talk a walk and you will be amazed.

Having stayed there twice in the last month, the one thing that bothered my was the such a fancy hotel that even offers a free bottle of wine, expects guests to pay for wi-fi. Even my service provider on phone (tmobile usa) now does not charge for intl roaming but hotels continue to charge for such a basic thing that everyone needs. Suggestion to look into this.

Our stay was good, breakfast in the restaurant was outstanding, rooms and bathrooms very comfortable. Was annoyed with the constant sales pitches - from the time I booked, I was emailed multiple times with offers of room upgrades, transport, etc, all at additional charge... on checkin was offered fruit in the room, internet access, and the international paper (all at additional charge; all declined), IN the room found fliers and hang tags advertising kebab platters for 100 riyals, movies for 20 riyals, etc.... it sort of felt like a fast food restaurant. (Would you like to upsize?)

- Royal Club Room is very old, stuffy and dark, facilities like sofa and bed are almost over its life time, toilet flush working only once, after that has to wait for minutes before the tank level is full. Very disappointed.

My stay at Le Meridian (Airport Road) was excellent. My arrival and the interaction with Margia when I received an upgrade to executive to the airport drop off on my departure. Margia was very professional/helpful to me as the customer. I have stayed at Le Meridian frequently since 2009 and the experience has only got better.

Once again i had an awesome stay from the moment i entered the hotel the staff greeted me by name the executive club had my room ready, and ask my preferences upper or lower floor. The Entire Spa staff was fantastic, so was the entire royal club team, the hotel drivers took me where i wanted to go, the bell boys if i need anything where alert and attentive the buffet breakfast is great also the Thai Restaurant, and surf and turf night, plus the entire staff at Jules bar some of the best drinks in Dubai. and they remember my favorite drinks.
Plus Ms Vitta taking the time to visit with me during the day it means you are just a customer but part of there family.

From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome by the reception staff, they made every effort to met my needs, I will definitely be staying here again.
My room exceeded my expectations, the facilities were excellent and I would recommend everyone to stay here.
