Great staff; great facilities; Closeness to the airport was fantastic; Pickup from and to airport was great. Overall, second stay was better than the first. Looking forward to further stay next year

It has no internet and has obnoxious pricing for internet, making sure you only relax. 2 pools, great choice of food and restaurants, great Place if you are only transiting Dubai and want to relax.

I always find this HOTEL to be so friendly. I love the Staff at the Pearl Bar. room service is great.. the only thing missing is a international ATM.

A wonderful hotel, the staff are amazingly helpful and courteous
The breakfast is the best I have ever had
And the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds

This would be the worst hotel I've stayed with very poor internet connection. Whenever I tried to connect it disconnects after a few minutes.
I had no choice but to move out to another hotel.

This Hotel is in a great location and I prefer it to others because of it only being two stories and also because it has plenty of outdoor spaces and greenery. It is wonderful to have lawns.

The Hotel has first class facilities including rooms, pools and the gym. The landscaping is something you can not find in Dubai. Its nice to lay out under the trees and out on the lawn. I love the layout of the hotel. It has many resturants and bars to suit all kinds of taste.
This is my second stay here, This time I stayed for 4 nights. I was very disapointed to find the service had sliped. When I was at the Irish Pub I had to grab a server to take my order. They walked right by me for 10 minutes. They were not just attentive enough. I also notice the lack of service at the pool bar. They need to keep there eye on the customers and regularly stop by to see if anything is needed. The evening housekeeping was also in need of inprovement. I love this hotel. I hope you inprove your service. Waiting on someone to server you is unexceptable.
One last thing. I went to the Reception desk my last day to see If I could extend for another night. The response I got was you will have to go on line and rebook with no further assitance.
I just went ahead and checked out. I had originally used the Meridien website.

I know it is called the Meridien Village but it really was like a village and there was lots of choices, pools, bars and restaurants. I had no reason to leave the complex.

Typically I have a great experiences at Le Meridien, I have stayed here on many occasions. This time it was sub-par. I booked a regular room and was given an upgrade to an Executive room based on my SPG Gold status. I had to wake up early because I had an early flight out so I needed to get some rest and went to bed around 22:00. I was placed in room 2123, right next to a busy stair. Guests and staff used the stair frequently, being loud and slamming doors. In addition, there is some loud and vibrating equipment in the vicinity of this room and simply kept me from falling asleep. I went to reception around 01:00 AM and requested a new room. I was given 2019 and I discovered an electrical problem - one light could not be turned off. As I was trying to get the light turned off, the power breaker went off and the whole room was in the dark. I called the maintenance, they restored the power and discovered that a light fixture indeed could not be turned off so they just unscrewed the bulb. All this took until 02:00 AM and I had to get up at 06:00. I did not get the needed rest and I can only blame the hotel for that.
