my stay was for one night only as i was transferring on my flight from Jakarta to Glasgow
on my arrival i found the staff friendly and efficient
the room and shower area were exceptionally clean and comfortable, also ideal distance from the airport, unfortunately i did not spend enough time here to sample the rest of the facilities

Once again the Hotel, Staff and overall stay has exceeded my expectations.
Not only is the Hotel an excellent environment to be in, the icing on the cake is the fact that the staff are even better. They remember your name nothing is a problem to them and the they will help in any way possible.
Absolutley first class stay.

Rooms has been cleaned very sketchy, no hoovering on the floor, bathroom cleaning vey poor, on departure still the same dust on tiles. Nobody put the pillows back on the beds, still remainin every day on our sofa. Some rroms got the Time Out Magazine, others not. Expired magazines have been removed, but not replaced by actual one.

Excellent hotel.The staff make the overall experience so enjoyable. I had an issue about internet connectivity that I was not very happy about but Charie resolved it in no time at all.She is a great ambassador for your hotel,as is all the staff and in particular the Royal Club staff. A couple of observations rather than complaints 1) the standard of workmanship in the room was pretty poor. Bathroom fittings and light fittings were not sealed and finished properly! I think that is why there was some friendly ants on the wash hand basin most mornings! Come on Meridien I expect better from you! 2) I do think the internet connectivity offering is not good enough.In this modern age where we all rely on our handheld devices it is important that access to the internet is available throughout the hotel, not just in the Royal Club,without having to pay a heavy cost! 3) Simple things like having crisps or something other than nuts available at the bar for a nibble!

The newly renovated rooms in this hotel were gorgeous! The pools and fitness centre are accessible and wonderful to use. The hotel has great customer service. Its not very often that I'm in the gym on the treadmill and am offered a cold towel... Excellent added bonuses everywhere.

Everything is nice and lovely in this hotel, starting from the staff especially the Reception and the staff how are working in the Restaurants, the atmosphere of the hotel is more than wonderful, as i said Everything is lovely, even the design of the landscape outside the hotel. wish all staff all the best.

I stayed at the Le Meriedien for only 1 night, but it was one of my best accommodation spots ever. The breakfast was delicious with extremely friendly staff serving it. I also received excellent service from the ladies at the spa. My room was very nice and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Hope to visit again in the future.

The room are very clean and moderatley priced. Great value for what you pay. Food is excellent with a wide variety of restaurants on the property. This Hotel is always my base when I work and visit in Dubai.

For the business traveller this hotel has everythnig you need. Convenience, quality, and selction. The hotel does have some old rooms they need to rennovate because if your first experience is in one of those rooms , you may not want to come back. Other than that, this hotel is awesome. I especially like the IRISH pub.

Very beautiful place, the restaurant selection can't be beat. I checked in on the coldest day in two weeks. When I arrived at the room a maintenance tech was working on the wireless touchpad device. Once he finished I got settled, very nice opulent room. Later on after dinner I noticed the room wasn't very warm. Tried turning the heat up but the wall panel didn't seem to work properly. Tried the touchpad device but it was not able to connect to execute any commands. It was able to tell me that the AC was on and it was cooling. A call to the front desk got a maintenance person to come up and turn the system off so it wouldn't chill any further. The room never warmed up so I ended up bundling up under the covers and sticking it out. I should have asked for a different room when one wasn't offered. Otherwise, the place it wonderful and I was treated better and more respectfully than I expected given that I was dressed in the clothes I just walked in from the desert in.

The staff at the Royal Club rooms made our stay, in particular the manager, Cathleen and all the staff. As an Irish expat living in Kuwait, I will be back regularly. The royal club rooms were super with breakfast , afternoon tea, soft drinks all day, alcoholic drinks and canapés in the evening 6-9. Just wonderful!

I found the general facilities to be very good but the room was below my expectations. The bathroom was too dark, the carpets not clean enough and with visible spills left unattended. Yet, I'll go back for its general ambiance and its Indian restaurant. Its closeness to the airport is a plus for an overnight stay.

From the airport greeting, until the Royal Club express check-out everything is first class! The privacy, security and personal service is the best I experience while traveling in the GCC. I always look forward to my return to the Royal Club. The personal meeting with Ranjan on this visit was even more welcoming.

Great Hotel, across the road from the airport. Awesome staff. Towels in the gym smell terrible, nothing available to sanitize equipment prior to using and the chair in my room was worn (they hurt). Great In-Room dining selection. So many dining alternatives on the premises.

Love the place. Upgrading to club room was definitely worth the extra $$. Room so comfortable with shower facilities some of the best ever experienced. Breakfast was excellent with staff always attentive.
Hoping to stay again in the future.

I always enjoying staying in this Le Meridien - convenient to the airport and very accommodating staff. The only drawback is the price of internet service is too high - 99 AED per day is too much and most hotels of this status have free internet service. I don't really understand why the pools close so early.

I was for work in Dubai and again choose Le Méridien to stay. I was there for 5 nights and stayed in a club room. From arrival to departure it really was very good. I'm glad that the hotel and his staff really makes the best efford to make your stay the best.

Just passing thru Dubai, with a 15 hour layover, so my buddy and I decided to share a room. Very close to Airport, Average Price for Dubai. Staff was always accommodating and helpful. With 4 swimming pools, 15 restaurants and 3 Bars there is plenty to do. I'll be staying next time I pass through Dubai !

Hotel and facilities were run down and a bit tatty. Room had been refurbished, but control of the lighting and a/c was very complicated and instructions were lacking. Bathroom light came on and off on it's own accord. The TV remote did not work properly. Room was cold and duvet was very light weight.

The Le Meridien Airport is absolutely THE best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant! My room was very clean and beautifully decorated. I fell in LOVE with the shower! I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends and business associates.

From the moment I arrived at the Le Meridien Hotel counter at the Dubai Internation Airport; until the time a private car delivered me back to the airport; it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I will make this my hotel of choice in Dubai!

Stayed two nights in this hotel on a business trip in a newly renovated "tech" room. It was spacious, nicely furnished and was equipped with all the high tech equipment & facilities you would desire in your room. Elegant coffee machine, high tech lighting system, cozy workstation, and a shower enclosure with a rainshower and body jets and a separate bath tub.
Numerous dining options are available in this huge hotel complex, only tried a few of those but would highly recommend the Yalumba for breakfast and the Long Yin Chinese restaurant.
Check-in and out was swift, staff was very friendly, and all my service requests were attended promptly with a nice attitude.
Only drawback was the noisy construction site opposite the room, however the noise was ok when the terrace glassdoor is locked. That can be avoided if you request a room away from the construction site on check-in.
Overall; my stay was perfect, I had a great time and enjoyed every minute. Would definitely keep coming back to this brilliant hotel.

the hotel is definitely old, however, it maintained a good standard of service and nice collection of fine restaurants.
it's secluded from the hustle and bustle of Dubai.
the hotel is also is in a close proximity of Dubai airport, which makes it a perfect choice for transit and short stops in Dubai.

I was a bit disappointed as the toilet nearly overflowed. In addition, it would be nice to have a clock in the room as I had to keep calling the front desk to ask for the time. This, in my opinion, is not synonymous to the Le Meridien brand.

This hotel is very convenient for airport and provides excellent service. My only complaint would be non recognition of SPG membership. The club lounge, staff and facilities very good and a special thanks them and spa staff, especially Arun for making my stay so pleasant. I will definitely return.

The room I was given was too far from the elevator. There's only 1 elevator. I had a walk quite a bit with my bag to my room. Not happy about it. The hotel & decor kind of looks old & dated. But the staff was friendly & helpful.
