After a long delayed flight Magdoom, your staff attendant, helped me get set up in my room with the internet and brought my bags. He is a very good employee one for promotion. Thanks again Mahdoom.

This was my second stay. I came from a very early flight and was able to get an early check in. I was remember by the staff, Miss Caroline from my previous stay in December of last year. They let me sit in the executive lounge until my room was ready and offered refreshment until it was ready and I took advantage of the time for work. I was upgraded to an executive room that was comfy and led out to the pool. Internet was great in lounge. However for some reason in my room it was awful for wifi and the hard connection as well. I had a late check out and I was treated to afternoon tea at the lounge. Miss Janice and her manager remember me from my December stay. They both took time to say hello and ask how I was doing. It was a nice revisit and look forward to my next stay.

Staff was professional, courteous, accommodating, and on point. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was also great. The room service and food quality was excellent! My best stay by far!!!

I have been coming to this Le Meridien for business trips for about 5 years now and they rarely disappoint. Well designed rooms, especially if you are lucky enough to get the renovated ones, with excellent bedding. I'm a bit disappointed that the happy hour is no longer in The Warehouse but in the Club Lounge, as I find the atmosphere in the warehouse more relaxed, but that's just a minor issue.
The various (chilled) pools are never too crowded, so you'll always find a nice spot.
The village is a great nightlife spot, where you can have a full night out without ever leaving the hotel.
Any issues I might have encountered during my stays were always dealt with in a fast and professional way. It may come as no surprise that I highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here previously & recommend the hotel as it is a comfortable and easy place to be. So near the airport and easy access to main routes so easy to find and easy to travel from. All the staff I had contact with were very friendly and helpful, which goes a long way in my estimation. The numerous restaurants and eateries on site give a variety of cuisines, great if you are on business and don't have a lot of free time. Rooms are spacious and important for me there is ample room to work.

On July 11, my wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary here. We reserved 4 rooms total for friends as well. The staff decorated our bed with rose petals and provided a cake with a bottle of red wine. The LM team was super - attentive, efficient, kind, all beyond the norm. We were in the new Royal Wing...very nice. I cannot say enough positive about the staff - made me proud to be a Platinum member. My guests were pleasantly surprised and impressed. This was my 4th visit and plan to stay there again as I travel through the area.

Being a platinum member, that hotel was my first choice until I had a very bad experience.
for a 2 days stay, the check in was horrible as it took me an hour and the check out was a trap as the hotel management took advantage of my situation to sell me a parking space.
- At the check in the employees didn't know if I should take a room in the old building or in the royal club... (in a business trip when we fly overnight, we don't care where to stay, but we care how to be helped quickly in order to join our meetings on time).
- I had to cut my stay in the middle for an emergency leave. I accepted the fact that I cannot be refunded as it is a pre-paid fare, but I couldn't understand why I should pay for my car parking if I had to leave it for two days in the hotel parking. the amount requested was not excessive, but I felt being taken into a trap as I didn't have other choice. After some discussions with the hotel staffs (applying the rules in a robotic way), I took the decision to leave the car at the airport parking (even if I paid match more) - This ruined the stay, but the Hotel it self is great as an Airport Hotel, just let down by robotic hotel car park staff. Therefore, this hotel will not be my first choice, but only if the price is attractive.

Regarding my stay inLe Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre; I was credited for only one night stay but in fact I stayed two nights and paid for two nights; the 12th and 13th.
