A hotel that is very easy to recommend to all "types" guests, with a good location, almost amazing!
We were greeted on arrival by very cheerful and helpful staff outside. We were ushered into a lovely reception with a great staff.The room was fantastic, allso the cleaning was wonderfull, but we had NO hot water in the bathroom (only 1day)
Breakfast, cafe, bakery, dinner buffet, buisness center very cheerful, helpful, professional and lots of delicious food!
The only thing that was negative: cold water in the bathroom! But I am sure that you will fix that problem for other guests.
Overall; A very pleasent stay:-)

Unfortunately, my business associate and I made it to the hotel but our luggage did not… We have several meetings over the next week at the various US Embassies and all of our business clothes were in those suitcases. When we informed Concierge, they went right to work to get our bags. I wanted to compliment these outstanding employees of the Abu Dhabi Le Meridian Concierge desk for their tireless work in locating our luggage and having it delivered at 2AM (even though the airport service did not want to deliver at this time) so we would have it by our first meeting.
I have never seen a team do so much to help their guests. They were relentless in calling the airport every hour and escalating the issue to have our bags delivered prior to our first business meeting this morning.

We had an excellent stay at the Le Royal Meridien.
Staff are well trained & facilities will get even better once the current renovation is completed.

Staff are responsive to needs once they re made clear. Never quite sure what is going to be delivered on request as English is not always understood. Asking for a coffee spoon and clean glasses brought me coffee mate! All staff are eager to please but there is the language barrier.
I also found out smoking floors are intermingled and the smoke does permeate through the air con ducts. I was quite uncomfortable as one guest beneath me obviously smoked heavily. They did offer me another room but I could not face moving again. And again. Staff can only meet needs if the building and corporate rules allow. Their hands are pretty much tied at times.

Had the opportunity at stay her last weekend. Staff was excellent -- very warm and engaging. Any problems or issues were solved on the spot.
Room was excellent -- very Moden and just recently renovated.
Recognized as a Platinum and was made to feel quite welcome....

I booked a 2 night stay and 2 rooms. when we arrived at the hotel they had us reserving 1 night 2 rooms. This was corrected at the check in but the following day at least 6 times I was asked when would I be checking out. I was at the point that I was ready to leave because I was not feeling wanted. I really got tired of hearing "I'm so sorry for the mix up" To me, don't say your sorry if your not going to fix the problem.
This being said I enjoyed your new restaurant Wheat and the staff very much, The food was wonderful.

I want to recognize Rosemarie Diaz for an excellent job. She greeted us upon arrival and made us feel like royals!!!
Unfortunately, we had a problem with the A/C unit in our room. While this was eventually fixed, the engineering staff were not anywhere at the level of the front desk staff and promises where not kept and repair took much longer that expected. The A/C unit was eventually repaired and our room comfort greatly improved.
