I was upgraded to a deluxe suite smoking room for one night, upon entering- my eyes starting burning the room was so smelly. I felt I needed to get my eyes washed with solution. I almost quite smoking that day. That didn't stop me from having a good night's sleep and wonderful evening. But perhaps keep a air freshner in those rooms.
On the other hand excellent spg recognition, front desk staff are very professional. Gr8 breakfast, many restaurant options.

The Le Royal Meridian staff made a point to recognize me and treat as a valued patron. I was pleased they remembered my name and my preferences.
My fav spot is the The Market. I highly recommend the food and the staff are on the spot!

I went to the hotel twice but 2nd time made me vow not to go there again. We went to celebrate our anniversary and not only was there no special treatment they decided to join two double beds when we reserved a king bed. The quality of food and beverages were medicore at best. I upgraded to royal club room and it was a total waste of money. The complimentary food basket was a really bad joke

i really feel bad cause i went to this hotel to celebrate birthday but they forget to give me cake.and im staying in room 1307 where the shower is leaked from side,bathtop shower not working , slepper and tooth brush was missing there was hair dryer but no connecter to plug in.beside this every thing was fine.service was nice specially in check in the welcome was amazing.

i was staying during ramadan in your hotel and really it was good stay exactly the service was in the tent very good
i would like to thank miss Hajar she was very helpful and she has great attitude with the customers and lovely smile

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. We stayed on the 19th floor in a room with a view of the Corniche, and this was for a very reasonable price. Fresh fruit and fruit infused water at the reception was very refreshing and appreciated. Every request I made was happily and promptly accommodated -- from extra water and tea for my room to a late check-out time the following day. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.
