My 36th stay at this hotel, only reassures me that their are still hotels in Abu Dhabi city that deliver on its commitments to its fellow patrons. The hotel was fully sold out, owing to the IPL games in the city and they still accommodated a last minute request of extending my stay by a day. Thanks guys, for the assistance especially the Duty Manager : Mohammed. The quality of the F& B outlets are superb and I gather their a new place opening up called the Market Cafe. Look forward to returning soon.

Was checked in at 7 am!!! And a very nice Burmese receptionist explained the room to me in details since the suite I requested was occupied at that particular moment. Overall hotel has great receptionists and bell staff that are always there to help and always smiling.
Room has very good amenities and great housekeeping. Hotel is sparkling.
Well stocked Club Lounge with very attentive staff. Nice breakfast and Happy Hour.
Room service speed is amazing: I asked for a fruit platter and there was a door bell literally right after I hung up the phone. Good job!
In my opinion, hotel has three negative aspects that can be improved:
1. Internet is extremely slow.
2. Entrance door is not sound proof and most of the time you can hear people walking in the corridor.
3. Very noisy music from one of the bars/restaurants of the hotel that can be extremely annoying.

This was my second visit within 4 months, was just great. Kristoff on front desk is very charming, welcoming and efficient, and I got a lovely upgrade. He delivers service above and beyond. Breakfast: great variety, nice staff and Club lounge is just great with very pleasant staff. Special mention to Carlito at the pool, who is so genuinely eager to please. Concierge is on the ball and very helpful. I will return, albeit there is a great Starwood choice in Abu Dhabi.

Ideally located, it is always a great pleasure to stay at the Royal Meridien.
Once again everything was as expected, and I look forward my next stay to try their 2 new restaurants, Market Kitchen (modern urban style) and Amalfi with Chef Pascale and its genuine italian cooking.
Thanks to everyone for making my stays each time so good.

From checking in, the whole team gave me the indication that they truly care about your stay.
Every member of staff I interacted with was very obliging, polite and respectful. The hotel has other significant attributes, but for me its Staff made my whole experience very pleasing.
