Have stayed at this Hotel 5 times and it gets only better with each visit. Got a upgrade to a newly remodeled upper floor after the first night in a lower room (no balcony and just a tub). The staff was more than helpful with the upgrade. The pool and the beach are fantastic!

Lovely hotel with magnificent view on Mediterranean sea. Great quality of food and very nice and helpful teams.

The only hotel in Monaco with a private beach.
Poor SPG recognition.
Stunning! Great location, beachfront. 3 min by taxi to the famous harbor.
Sightseeing bus station in front of the hotel.
Average, tiny, a bit old.
STAFF / SERVICE: 4/5
Friendly, well trained responsive staff.
RESTAURANTS: 4/5 & (VEGETARIAN / VEGAN OPTIONS: 2/5)
Tasty breakfast buffet with just a few vegetarian options.
A lot of bread and cheese, more a french breakfast than an international one.
The restaurant is great, tasty food, good wines, but high priced, luckily we expected prices like 27€ for a pizza as we knew Monaco before.
SPA / FITNESS: 3/5
Well equipped gym but poor sauna.
SPG RECOGNITION: 2/5
Bad SPG recognition, no real upgrade, got a corner room (thats a gold upgrade), we expected more as a Platinum Ambassador, we do always get great suite rooms everywhere we travel.
No lounge, no Cocktail Hours for Platinum's.
PLATINUM AMBASSADOR SPECIAL REQUEST RECOGNITION: 1/5
No recognition. Maybe 2 bottle extra complimentary water...
Guest Experience Manager introduced himself, offered the be around all the time, he was nice.
Had an issue as my assistant emailed the hotel in advanced and asked for the “Platinum's Happy Hour”, the hotel answered yes we do have it daily from 6-8 p.m. - at the hotel I had to find out that it is just a “Happy Hour” with buy 1 get 1 free. Anyway it was a miscommunication.
The beach, as mentioned the only private beach hotel in Monaco!
DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS:
SPG recognition and the upgrade
VALUE FOR MONEY: 3/5
As it is very high price, the value is what you may expect for your money in Monaco.
ONE THING TO KNOW:
Get around by feet and bus, no joke, it isn't low class at all, as Monaco is very small, taxis are limited and they'll charge you 15€ for a 3 min, 1km ride.

Excellent long staying with a sea view room in one of the best MC areas, close to everything you may need or desire but at the same time with all the facilities also present inside the Resort h24 7/7, including proposals to unlock the art, fireworks in front of you and excellent music, a little bit too busy during the weekend and high season; EXCELLENT STAFF PROFESSIONALITY AND AVAILABILITY, ALWAYS AND EVERYWHERE, polite and sincerely smiling, we really say THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!

There is good matching on biz trip in Xia-men.
Good person, Wonderful natural environment, special service etc. I'm stay 'le meridien' when come to Xia-men on my biz trip everytime and I believe my wonderful choice ^^

The view from my room was stunning and my room was lovely. I found some members of the staff delightful and some challenging. The late evening and night clientèle at the bar was not my cup of tea.

I have been to dozens of SPG properties on 4 continents and this hotel really stands out in a negative way. The service at this hotel requires major improvements. It is very slow and majority of the employees do not express interest in taking care of the guest needs. During 4 nights I spent there multiple mistakes were made by:
- front desk: could not locate the reservation, room not ready at 3:50 and nothing offered during15 minute wait for the room, green choice points not added after checkout.
- restaurant - extremely long wait time to get the menu & to order, at breakfast had to ask twice for coffee
- room service & housekeeping: called for shower gel - didn't arrive and had to call second time after half an hour, on another day wrong product was brought.
After most mistakes no apology is offered as if it was normal.
Additionally, as a guest it feels as if you are an intruder, disrupting employees who seem as if they are forced to work there.
Apart from the personnel the hotel is rather nice. I got an upgraded room with a sea view, the room was new and with a nice tub - the room was the only highlight of this stay. Beach is nothing special and the restaurant most of the time empty and uninviting.
It is such a shame that a 6th category hotel has such a poor service.

Coming from a busy job was so pleased to be able to relax , despite the hotel being full, yet quiet and there is always plenty of common areas to sit. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Location is excellent
