Rated 5 out of 5 by Elegant and beutiful I found Le Meridien Piccadilly one of nicest Starwood properties. We travel all over the world, and this is tops. Very elegant, refined, quiet, luxurious. The club lounge was well stocked and staffed. The beds were so comfortable I got an 8 hour hour sleep the first night despite traveling from LA and having jet-lag. June 28, 2014

From the greeting at the hotel door, to the check-in at the SPG suite, to the personal walk thorough of my junior suite, I was treated in grand SPG style. I look forward to checking in again at the Le Meridien Piccadilly on my next return to London. May 17, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by re-evaluate your 5 star rating extremely disappointed from the moment we arrived and saw how horrid and tacky the front lobby was decorated . I thought I was in a bordello in Amsterdam . the front desk was unfriendly to say the least when we checked in and bordering RUDE to my daughter and me .. I gave them the REALLY HOW UNSATISFACTORY response from me . I even went to the SPG REP on site to express my deepest shock at the lack of standards at the hotel ... nothing changed at all during our stay ..keys didn't work daily , limited staff in the reception and concierge area ...only one nice employee we met MARK , a true Englishman who balanced the doorman and concierge position ... I think your establishment would benefit by employing more Englishmen and forget the immigrants who don't even know how to speak the QUEENS language .... much less get a in-room service order correct....very put-off that I wasted my vacation time and money at LE MERIDIAN PICCADILLY ..AND .WILL POST THESE COMMENTS WORLDWIDE ... SO NO CULTURED TRAVELER WILL EVER HAVE TO BOOK ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE AT LE MERIDIAN PICCADILLY July 31, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Awful reception staff Reception staff at hotel cold and unwelcoming. The front desk is your face to the world. Staff should smile, be engaging and helpful. Unfortunately, that is not the case at your hotel. The inroom food service lacks breadth and the burger I eventually chose was horrendous and not cooked to specifications. June 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortable and Close to local attractions I was at the hotel for business, but always take the time to take a quick and easy walk to all local attractions. Within a few minutes Big Ben and then a turn around to lots of restaurants. Staff always with a smile from the front door to housekeeping. Thank you July 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing customer service I just stayed at this hotel for business for 4 nights. I was on the club floor which was amazing. Thomas at the front desk was a huge help. He also had an amazing memory. He was always there to help. Everyone was extremely accommodating and I will definitely stay there again during my next trip to London. Rated 4 out of 5 by Would stay here again Great location, esp for tourist activities. Close to Tube, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, walkable to other locations. Kudos to (I hope I get this correct) Darren the evening concierge who handled a blown fuse and circuit breaker in the room at 1am. Got a recently renovated room, very spacious. Rated 3 out of 5 by 2nd room was good but.. Our first room was awful. Cramped and with a very small bathroom. We had a problem with the fridge which we called about multiple times. When they did visually inspect they just agreed it was broken.Our second room was much nicer. July 25, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by the worst room ever This was the first and last that I'll stay in this hotel, I paid a lot of money just to get a room with connected door to other room, that you can ear every word from the other room. it was impossible to get rest or sleep. the Hotel staff didn't take care to my complains, and just smile and ignore from me. Lounge was great n lounge people was really kind!! Breakfast, afternoon tea time n evening wine n beer was great!! Hotel was quite clean n quiet! I will be back here again!!! March 22, 2014

Location was perfect, room was really comfortable and the staff were great, especially the concierge, who helped us with some travel arrangements. The Club Lounge was a bonus for us. Rated 5 out of 5 by Not my first and last visit at this Hotel This Hotel is unique because of Her amazing location and the real London feeling. Enjoy that I can reach everithing whith a short walk. The staff are really kind and helpful. The breakfast is the same good I used to in other LeMeridiens. If I am in London, I put up here certanly. October 27, 2013
