For the amount that I paid for 1 night stay, I believe there are many other hotels in KK can provide better satifactory results. Poor service (no room service menu, slow service at reception, small lcd TV, non-inclusion of internet and breakfast), etc.

Take advantage of the location where this hotel is very near to the night market of local gifts from Sabah. Please give some advise on the local food stall just the other side of the hotel especially to Malays for halal food. To traveller from outside Sabah please provide praying timetables not only upon request. TQ

Quite satisfied with this hotel in many respects.
In fact it was more than had originally expected.
My wife enjoyed the massage and spa service which satifies her very much. Your female staff who took care of me at the front about five o'clock on April 6th by arranging a taxi in very early morning on the day after and offering a wake-up call, is excellent and impressed. Thank you.

Having structured room arrangement.
Cleanliness is comparable
Bed set-up make your sleep snoring
Pillow is of soft and medium hard materials. No hotel provide this options
Customer Service is excellent in all aspect
Employee respect to customers is at high degree

I've had my room reservation for non-smoking and a king size bed. However, when I arrive to check-in somehow my room was reserved under smoking room with 2 single beds.
Lucky the hotel staff was able to change it to non-smoking but I still did not get the king size bed.
Overall, the room is clean & comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I requested for a small birthday card for my daughter but the staffs went beyond that by arranging a card, a cake and special decorations in the room which include balloons, much to the joy of the birthday girl! The rooms were huge and well-kept, and the view during sunset was amazing. We went to the club lounge for afternoon tea and evening canape. The food could do with much more varieties but the staffs were really courteous and attentive. The seaview is again breathtaking, but we retreated to our rooms for a much more private sunset viewing. I used the sauna room and had a dip in the jacuzzi, was the only one using the facilities, all were good.
For breakfast we went down to the main restaurant, the Circle and the selection was huge with high quality food. I enjoyed the buttery almond croissant, just like i did during my previous stay. The checkout was swift and the van we requested arrived on time. Overall it was an excellent stay and we all enjoyed it so much, thank you. My special thanks go to Mr Rizan Ajmin, who has been a star right before our arrival until departure.

Having experienced excellent club lounges before, we decided to upgrade again. We are so happy we did, we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, a special mention for Ashma, as for the quality of food and beverages, excellent, thank you.
The only criticism is that the pool area is in shadow all morning and too close to the hustle and bustle of the main road.
The hotel is adjacent to the food market, provide ding a great experience.
