The hotel is as good or even better than it was when I last stayed here five years ago. It was a really nice and comfortable night. Money well spent.

NATURAL BLENDED JUICE WAS ABSENT DURING BREAKFAST AND DINNER FOR THE TWO NIGHTS.
The bed is not as soft as some of the ones I visit abroad. for a better sleep I suggest you change your foam.
The golf course is super for a walk. keepi it up

First time in the hotel was exceptionally wonderful,the whole environment is pleasant and wonderful...I am actually considering the possibility of having a family vacation in the hotel

Spent a beautiful christmas holiday with my family here last year. It was a wonderful experience. The bicycle rides, the leisure walks in the evenings, or just relaxing by the poolside is an experience I will repeat.
The lobby ambience, rooms and dinning meets with standards expected of this class of hotel anywhere in the world.
Looking forward for a repeat visit with my family.

Firstly, Great golfing experience(5-6 hrs).
Secondly, I was upgraded to to a suite.
Staff are very professional and welcoming.
Breakfast is great with a lot of variety and much better than the lunch or dinner.

Objectively I would say it is a very good hotel. Beautiful compound and nice rooms with a few options for activities. A bit out of town but worth the trip. However I had an interesting encounter with the room service staff and reception. While I was told at the reception that breakfast from the room was complimentary but I will pay a tray charge. I was told by the person at room service that this wasn't the case. I was asked to call reception myself to confirm in quite a rude tone. Considering I signed up as an SPG member, the least they could have done was to be a bit more polite in their tone and make concessions seeing as room service charge to most people means tray charge. Also the river boat expedition was not available and it was one of the main reasons I came here seeing as I don't play golf. The encounter ruined my first morning here with my fiancee.

This hotel only carries a big name but lacks the standard associated with Starwood Hotels. The employees have no clue on guest services. This is the worst of Starwood I have slept in and nothing on earth will make me come here again even if it is for free.
