Rated 5 out of 5 by the best choise AS usely, we spend one fantastic week. Excellent support from the staff of the business center. Extraordinary food, cuisine excellent, quiet room, 10 meters from NAJING road, what can we expect more ? Nothing. This is our best choise. July 16, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by unexpected experience. I was not recognised as Gold SPG member when checking-in on Jan 10. Reception staff did the second thing while checking me in,costing me more time than before. It appears there exists change on mamangement or service standard. January 17, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Fantastic location & Views It was very conveninet location. I could get City tour bus in 1 minute walk. It is located on start point at Nanjin Dongroo. Also this hotel shows fantastic view on any side. Finally I was satisfied with pool view at nignt. November 13, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Business traveling The hotel was great. The room and service were excellent. The only bad thing is that soft drinks are like $7 at dinner and in the room. However, there is a C-Store 1 minute away that is very resonably priced. December 10, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good location, helpful staff Overall I would have to say the experience was good but there are a few things can be improve. The hotel is in a good location, you can easily get coffee and donut just right outside the hotel. Walking distant to shopping area and the The Bund. Helpful staff, especially Ryan Lu really given my colleague and I some good travel tips while we waiting for the taxi. But I do feel some of the things can be improve At the check in 2 of my colleague requested to change their room after just got in to the room because even both of them request a single bed but was given a twin sharing room. And one of them even got the wrong key card. I was assign to a room with aircon issue it was way too warm and stuffy. Even after the engineer visit, the issue still can't be solve. But I have to say the staff and the duty manager are helpful and get my room change after my 2nd phone call. The aircon issue also happen in one of the conference room and it take few hours to fix the issue. Even all this I will say the room are clean and comfy, breakfast are good. Really hope my next stay I will have a better experience. December 4, 2012
