Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. Breakfast is complimentary for children under 3 years of age. Breakfast is half price for children ages 3 to 12.

Photo identification is required upon check-in; a minimum age of 18 years is required for guests to reserve and occupy a room.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable Hotel and Excellent Staff A bit out of the way for those who love Sukhumvit. And I am one of them, especially after the opening of Terminal 21. LM BKK does treat SPG Platinum very well. I was upgraded to the Avantec suite on both occasions (on opposite ends and sides). The room is very nice. Although the shower is quite large, the shower door and the placement of the shower heads are poorly designed. The bathroom floor is always flooded after every single shower, no matter how careful I was. As noted by others, the walls are paper thin. When I was sitting by the desk in the living surfing the web, I could hear my next door neighbor talking and taking things out of a plastic bag. That is very scary. Anyhow, the free breakfast for SPG platinum members was nice with plenty of fresh fruits (and even fresh whole coconuts). The hot food was blah. Noodle bar was decent but wish they seasoned it. Location of the hotel was ok (a bit far from BTS). As stated early, I much prefer the ones on Sukhumvit. On both occasions after checking after 4PM, I had to wait over an hour to get my room. I guess many SPG Platinum members were exercising their 4PM late check out benefit. March 8, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing weekend at LMBKK Greeting from Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach and Spa Resort Phang Nga This is my first time staying at Le Meridien Bangkok on 6-7 September 2013. it had been great. The staff here is friendly and helpfully start from Bell boy,Concierge Khun ITD or IT (White tall guy in the morning shift), i think i can not remember his name,he was so enthusiastic and helpful, plus his bright smile truly convince me . Check-in was painless. Just hand over your ID card and a cc. If you Check-in during regular hours, they offer you a welcome drink from illy's (sp) coffee shop. The rooms are nice with a little sofa by the window. We were facing the temple.The bathroom can look into the bedroom. Breakfast Khun Ekepailin and Khun Waan - Service staff at breakfast are very nice and helpful, she taking care us during our breakfast. Khun Pisit or Bozoe i think, Kitchen staff, he is very friendly and helpful and he can remember my egg order!! it very nice.. thank you Khun Bozoe. Thank you Asst. Food and Beverage manager for your good service that you give for us during our breakfast. I would certainly stay again in this hotel in my next visit... Overall a very nice hotel. September 9, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Bed Met my husband in Bangkok at this hotel after his conference. I arrived at 11pm and we flew out the following morning on an early flight to Koh Samui. Le Meridien Bangkok was exactly what we both needed. Hubby to relax in some luxurious surroundings after a long work schedule and myself, flying in directly from Sydney, I was pampered by the surroundings of our gorgeous room, with an amazing view and I must admit the MOST AMAZINGLY comfortable circular shaped bed we have ever slept on and we have travelled the world quite a bit. Actually I think I may need to contact the hotel to try and replicate the exact underlay and pillows for our home - it was just devine. I have raved on to everyone I speak to about the bed since our return! Breakfast was also wonderful with many different tastes catered to and a wide variety of everything available, with prompt and friendly staff attending to us, as we were on a tight schedule. Location is also great. Unfortunately not enough time to check out the amenities however would thoroughly recommend this hotel to all our family/friends and also would love to stay there on any return trips to Bangkok. That bed is a HUGE draw card for us - LOVED IT!!! May 21, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bar experience Check-in was a little below average as the front desk on the SPG desk didn't have a clue what she was doing and kept having to ask the other lady for help. I believe she was in training but not sure why they put the trainee on the SPG desk. I was given a regular room and asked for an upgrade and got one- not sure why I wasn't just given one automatically like usual when checking in. Again I think because she didn't know what was going on. Anyway the room was cool and beautiful. The pool was quiet and peaceful and they do little things that make a big difference like give you a face spritzer, cool towel at the pool. Being platinum I could enjoy drinks at the bar and snacks for free. The drinks were amazing - beautiful cocktails, whole coconuts, sparkling wine, great wines. And the snacks were really high end and delicious (have stayed at other le meridian hotels where the snacks were peanuts and the drinks were just beer, wine, and well drinks) And the service at the bar was incredible. Two ladies ran around the whole time making sure everyone had drinks and snacks. I never had to sit there waiting or waving my hand for attention to get my next free drink.
