Service was amazing - staff went above and beyond and was always there when you needed something quick. Wonderful facilities and rooms. SPG Platinum benefits are best I've ever experienced. Highly recommend hotel and look forward to going back.

the restaurant offered a superb buffet for a very good price with a wide selection of dishes.
It also reves up one of the best choices for breakfast in Bangkok.

Your staff was incredible and really kind and concerned. I would like to especially make note of Kok the concierge. I was not in good shape and needed his help in contacting the airline to get home earlier. Not understanding how literally for four days offices and phone lines could be closed he worked exceptionally hard to contact American Express who in turn helped me get home. Kok directed me to the hospital to get bandages changed etc. and in the morning he was back at work with a smile and helped me with my bags not allowing me to carry a thing. Always with a smile and considerable charm, he in fluent English was remarkable. Talents like that should be recognized and I would think that a young man with these qualities should be trained for more and better positions. Service like he offered is rarely seen and the hotel operator should be made aware. The front desk staff was excellent and always offering help as well. Quite remarkable all around for the face of a business.

The bedrooms are superb, the location was great for me, the staff and service are excellent, so overall a very good experience. However, I do think the restaurants are lacking in style and ambience and the quality of the food was not always good.

The location is good. Grand entrance but rooms are dated (should say worn out). Need renovation for sure. Only pay WIFI in room. Expect to have free Wifi in the lobby which is a minimum service now. Did not have a chance to try the food.

I am a constant visitor due to business connections in Thailand, and without exception on every visit the facilities and service by Le Meridien have been exceptional.

Le Meridien Is my fav starwood brand. Whenever I travel to a new city, I would take the trouble to visit one. The one in bangkok met my expectation. location is great and i would return the next time im in bangkok.

I stay here everytime I come to Bangkok and love it! The Plat benefits are great and the location is convenient in the downtown Silom Area. The hotel suites are beautiful and I especially love the floor with round beds! :)

Just finished a 3 night stay at the Le Meridien Bangkok and I was blown away by the staff, amenities, SPG recognition, food and drink (bar, breakfast), location, and pool. Will definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this hotel.
Not only is the staff at any time helpful, the breakfast buffet fullfills any wishes, the pool area is relaxing and last but not least the location of the hotel is perfect.

The bedroom was good sized and had large separate bathroom. Our stay was great. The only item needing improvement is adding features in the bathroom to keep your personal items.

The music played over the tanoy is too loud. It plays all night and you can hear it in your room.

was kind of worried for the area (a.k.a. patpong street) but it was lively and close to subway and easy to get a cab location. all the staffs were nice and professional.

plese do not let customer who stay your hotel to take a girl to their room because I saw three japanese take 3 girls from ourside to their room at night time
