Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. Breakfast is complimentary for children under 3 years of age. Breakfast is half price for children ages 3 to 12.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best LM property yet We spent five nights at the LMBKK and it was outstanding. The room was spacious, internet fast, the service was outstanding. The breakfast was the best we have had in Thailand. It I s a great location, close to BTS and Metro and many great restaurants and clubs are nearby. Will return and do recommend, January 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful hotel with great services! The moment you step into the Hotel, you are greeted by the warm smile of the doorman. Friendly front desk lady & wonderful blended coffee drink. Room was great! I love how the staff would come in the room in the evening just to close the blind. To sum up the experience, WONDERFUL. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay! Recently spent 3 nights at at Le Meridien Bangkok and was very pleased. As a Platinum member I was offered a free upgrade to a fabulous corner suite. The lounge and breakfast are great and the staff very friendly and helpful. steps from Patpong so there is lots to do steps from the hotel. Will definitely stay again. January 1, 2013

Only disappointment was when I had checked out a staff member came running out to the street after me asking if I took a book from the room. I did not remove any books or magazines from the room and kinda felt that was a bad and embarrassing way to leave such a great stay. October 12, 2012

I am totally impressed by the quality of your staff. My favorites are Nuchy, Heart, and company at Bamboo Chic. This trip Lelanee at the concierge desk was extremely helpful. The staff at the front desk is always very helpful as well. May 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Competes with the Highest End hotels I have stayed in many places worldwide and the Le Meridian Bangkok competes with the best of the best. The staff is extremely attentive, even sometimes when you don't need them to be. They remembered us after one day, from the front desk to the breakfast people to the concierge. Speaking of which, we needed to get clothes washed by the pound during our stay but we ran into issues. Natee called around to 4-5 places and finally found one for us. He even picked up our clothes after they were finished. I can not think of any hotel or staff member who would do this. he was so kind about it. Lastly, the breakfast is the best buffet I have ever had. They can cook any eggs you want, you can enjoy noodle soup, fresh fruit, Indian food, yogurt, desserts, and that is just for starters. They also serve Illy coffee which I really enjoy. Simply, you should seriously consider staying here whether you have a family, you are traveling on business, you are on vacation, you name it. Your stay will not be disappointed. December 5, 2013

The only thing I don't like is the number of separate information leaflets all over the room (over 15). It takes ages to find information like breakfast times! One book would be easier. This is our second stayed at the hotel this year.The room is very stylish and comfortable but what is really letting us down is the food quality was not up to most of the places we recently stayed here in Bkk. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Experience at wonderful 5* Starwood Hotel in Bangkok In short: Great hotel and fantastic customer service result in a wonderful Service Experience in one of the most modern Le Méridiens in Thailand. Me and my family were warmly greeted upon checkin and my granddaughter even got a small Le Meridien Teddybear. The welcome team was wonderful. The rooms are large, have a big bathroom and the interior design of the rooms is very modern with sophisticated decor. A lot of Le Méridien elements about art, culture and travel are present. The restaurant is very bright and offers everything what a frequent travelers palate is expecting. A buffet with a wide selection of freshly made creations and live cooking stations as well as a very nice a la carte menu. Also here, the service team was very friendly and attentive. The fitness center has everything a sportive family needs and from the outdoor pool you have a nice view over the busy street life of Bangkok. If you are staying in Bangkok, stay at the Le Méridien. Again, nice modern hotel with super friendly and attentive staff. October 9, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Corporate type I often stay at other properties in Bangkok, but wanted to try Le Meridien. The good side: - staff nice and efficient - bed comfortable - nice shower - suite was comfortable and well appointed - excellent food from room service The bad points: - Had to pay for internet access, this is not acceptable. - Hotel feels tired, old fashioned tech equipement in room, old fashioned furniture. - A/C not easy to control. - Lack of rooming led to funny moments trying to find the wardrobe. - Pool was not inviting. - Amenities look too corporate for a pleasure stay - Didn't like the shampoo-soap quality. - I personally don't like the location, but that's just personal feeling. - Dirty windows (outside) and not very attractive view. I enjoyed the stay but disliked the hotel as such for Bangkok, I would prefer to stay somewhere else, but can easily recommend your hotel for corporate stays, or as hotel nearby Pat Pong. Didn't try the bars or restaurants, maybe not properly promoted as I didn't even care to go there. Same happened with the Spa. October 31, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Arrived after motorcycle accident Your staff was incredible and really kind and concerned. I would like to especially make note of Kok the concierge. I was not in good shape and needed his help in contacting the airline to get home earlier. Not understanding how literally for four days offices and phone lines could be closed he worked exceptionally hard to contact American Express who in turn helped me get home. Kok directed me to the hospital to get bandages changed etc. and in the morning he was back at work with a smile and helped me with my bags not allowing me to carry a thing. Always with a smile and considerable charm, he in fluent English was remarkable. Talents like that should be recognized and I would think that a young man with these qualities should be trained for more and better positions. Service like he offered is rarely seen and the hotel operator should be made aware. The front desk staff was excellent and always offering help as well. Quite remarkable all around for the face of a business. Please thank them all especially Kok for me. Mark Los Angeles Ca January 1, 2013
