Rated 5 out of 5 by Peaceful place and great service The hotel has great features, including SPA and a lot of F&B facilities (however I would expect from breakfast more fresh items, but maybe it was too early in terms of season), however lunches and dinner were perfect. And at last but not at least - wonderful staff who anticipates your wishes! Try it! May 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful hotel Beautiful hotel, fantastic facilities, delicious food. Had a fantastic week. A couple of points- I stayed for a week and found dust in my room when I was packing up- not acceptable. Also the towels were extremely tatty some with holes in- not what I expect of a 5 star hotel. Me and my partner wanted to go on some tours for tourist attractions but the local tourist office was shut leaving us with no one in the hotel to book excursions with. Again I would have expected that. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will come back. Just little touches need to be worked on to make this hotel a truly 5 star hotel. May 6, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect stay in Split We had a short stay in Split, and we are so glad we chose this hotel. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy your self. The staff Arnoud, Giuseppe, and Ante (Concierge) took extremely good care of us and should be rewarded for their 5-star service. May 12, 2013

It is not acceptible that without any previous information (during booking) we extra paid for view to the sea, but unfortunatelly we didn't know that we will share balcony with room next to our. When I opened door - surprise, someone is alredy sitting!Conesequence is that we closed balcony door, use curtains in order to have at least minimum privacy. I can't understand is it realy to expensive to invest in plastik or glass diveder between to room balcony. 2. Check out every time is taking cca 20 min and we paid in advance April 29, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Staff of the hotel unexperience and unprofessional Well I have to say that tih last stay in your hotel was unfortanately dissapointing for me and my collegues that stayed there. 1. we reserved and paid in advance 2 rooms with sea coast view ( hotel staff said that those rooms are with higher prices beacause of view ). Anyway we decided to pay more to get more comfort and luxury. When we came into rooms, i have to say that we were shocked. Balconies in these room are shared with the rooms nextdoor. And also rooms are much more smaller than the other. I suppose that hotel staff should have told us the in these rooms we have to share balconies. In my opinion, If i pay more, i expect to have more privacy and comfort, and not to have smaller room and a view into my neighbours room.... Also dissapontment on our checkout but thats another story... At the end, sorry to say, but we all agreed that Electrolux will have to find another hotel with better offer and prices, and most important good service!. Regards April 28, 2013
