Outstanding stay at this property. Stayed with my girlfriend over July 4th weekend. Greeted with an upgraded room with amazing views. We ate breakfast downstairs each day and were always warmly welcomed along with a nice breakfast. I've stayed here multiple times for business as well. I look forward to return visits.

We are from the East Bay and have stayed in San Francisco many times before. This stay was one of our best. Le Meridien staff was friendly and helpful from the minute we stepped out of our car.
Our room was comfortable. All of our bar and food service experiences including staff that were prompt and helpful. We will consider coming back on future trips.

From the moment the car wrangler takes your car to the smooth and upbeat tone of check-in to the absolutely staggering north and east facieng views to the lovely chocolate-dipped strawberries and sparkling wine brought to us as an acknowledgement of our honeymoon travel (smoothly and graciously switched to sparkling water when they learned we don't drink the boozeahol) to the concierge helping us to decipher the vagaries of GGB toll crossings to the team effort required to load out our myriad and varied luggage, this stay was excellent. Literally every member of the staff with whom we engaged has a smile on their face and in their vice and interacting with them was a joy. I am now also addicted to the bath products so thanks for that! The bed is comfy, the room clean and delightful and this has certainly become my home in SF. Thank you for helping to make this leg of our honeymoon romantic and beautiful!

I've stayed here a few times and it's always terrific. This trip, Chris at the check in desk set a record for greeting me, registration, and handing me my key in under 2 minutes. Loved it! He couldn't have been nicer and to boot I scored a great room upgrade.
If you're addicted to coffee, beware if you ask for an in-room machine. The pods they use aren't good and often leak. Better to just head to the Starbucks across the street.

We stayed in Room 2201 and the room was modern and great place to stay however there were some service related issues (1) I had a your 24 request approved two weeks before and one day before check in it was canceled (2) had to bring it up to mgr at front desk and she approved it but she didn't offer points or two drink coupons or anything for inconvenience and when I asked for drink coupons she said "I can't do that I already took care of issue " I mean come on drink coupons are 15 bucks each which are nothing. Then when I checked out (mind u at 4 pm because didn't want to stay here longer) the front desk girl asked how was ur stay and when I told her the problems I had see looked at me like deer in head lights and finally said "I am sorry" once again she could have knocked off 100 from bill or given me points and I waited for her to do that but did not do that. This all points to service related issues and management problem.
