With a late booking after weather delayed our flights, your reception staff could not have been more helpful. Mo, your night auditor was both charming on the phone, and helpful on arrival - despite it being 2am. He assisted us beyond check in, and was a brand ambassador for you.
On the other hand, the telephone reservations team was less helpful. They said the hotel was fully booked - and in in fact could not (actually seemed like she couldn't be bothered to) refer me to any of your hotels in Dallas for that evening. I think because it was after midnight it was too much of a challenge. You would have lost a sale - and in fact another SPG sale the following evening) had Mo not been so helpful.
Thank you Mo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by QP2016 Love This Hotel!
Le Meridien is such a wonderful hotel. I stay here often and enjoy my stay every time. Steven and staff is quick to respond to my needs as well as being courteous and professional. I feel like VIP status each and every stay. Thank you!

Rated 3 out of 5 by NicknamesAnnoyMe OK, but expected better
Room was very quiet. Very "W" or Euro so the couch and desk wasn't comfortable, but the bed was incredible. Quiet room. The staff wasn't well trained or attentive. The breakfast (heavily buttered or even pancake batter?) in the eggs was disgusting. Gym was decent but could be better. Had to pay $21 for parking that was 40 feet from the door.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MarkTo BEST HOTEL IN DALLAS
I have been staying at this hotel for 2-3 nights, almost every week for over 10 months. I could stay anywhere, but the staff here is unsurpassed in their desire to make your stay exceed your expectations. I won't stay anywhere else, and after you spend one night here, neither will you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Stanimal Great hotel and staff, but beware of the fees
I stayed at this hotel last year before I first moved to Dallas. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff as really friendly and the breakfast was great. It is an easy walk across the street to the Galleria. The room was perfect for my stay... clean, quiet and I was upgraded to a suite as a Platinum member. For a Le Meridien, it does lack some of the unique characteristics that other Le Meridiens have (Barcelona, Shanghai, Siem Reap, Koh Samui, Bangkok), but it was a nice hotel.
The only thing I didn't especially care for was having to pay a package fee when I was downstairs waiting in the lobby for the package when UPS came. Parking is an additional fee. I also was looking at staying there again this weekend, but this time with a pet and noticed the somewhat outrageous $75 PER DAY NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee, which I found to be excessive by most hotel standards. The Westin across the street has free parking and no pet fee, making Le Meridien significantly more expensive even though the room rates tend to be slightly less.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TonyB1978 Nice Hotel, bad SPG recognition.
All in all I have to say this Hotel itself is nice and comfortable! Its clean and I rested well. But I feel like they do not recognize or appreciate SPG Platinum's as they should. We was there 2 days and the only isse was with staff.. None were rude so to speak just indifferent would be a good word, which surprised me for a Le Meridien. Beware of Parking fee. Should not be a fee way out where this hotel is located I find this tacky but oh well. It is clean and nice just don't expect to be wowed by staff. I will try again just to see if my impressions were wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kenneth42 Staff is great
I just wanted to acknowledge 2 staff members that are always professional , personable and great at their jobs. One is Wausiq and the other is the bar tender with the blonde hair (excuse me for not remembering his name) . These two men go out of their way for the guest and I really appreciate that.
