Rated 4 out of 5 by Feedback I am a big fan or LeMeridien. This is my first time in ZZ. The room was good, but I did not get the same SPG recognition - first time I was on a lower floor and a regular room (always got a junior suite). Recommend more English speaking staff even on the phone. Also need more vegetarian options and restaurants either in the hotel or nearby. Gym is good, but recommend adding a hot tub near the pool and a massage place. July 14, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Recommended for Business travellers I had the pleasure to stay at the Executive Level and had a wonderful room. Full Platinum Member recognition!!!! Thank you! Staff was very attentive and payed attention to my needs as a vegetarian. Thank you, Diana Li! I wish more hotels out of the Starwood group would be like that. Broadband quality quite good; anyway better than in most other hotels I stayed in China. One problem though, but I understood, that it has been already identified as a problem and the management is working on a solution: Taxis in to the city. Taxis have to be ordered and do not necessarily come to the hotel to pick up the customer unless you are prepared to pay an "extra" fee. Taxi to the airport is not a problem. However, the staff at the concierge is also very helpful and try their best within the circumstances. Food: my vegetarian dinner was nice! Breakfast was mediocre. Allover I enjoyed the stay very much and felt being looked after...just as it says in all the advertisements....a home away from home! Thank you Le Meridien Zhengzhou! July 12, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Software needs improvement By software, I am referring to staff attention to details. During this stay, my television was not operational when I checked in. The repair was carried out the next day. Also upon departure, my reserved hotel car to the airport was not ready. The concierge on duty had to drive us to the airport himself, which he was clearly not prepared to do. June 29, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Zhenzhou Just back from a weekend getaway using Le Meridien as my base while I explored the area what a wonderful oasis it is so new an just perfect in everyway. The staff couldn't help me enough I the bathroom was spectacular. resturant choices were also very good. I used the executive club lounge the afternoon tea was worth the extra cost. All the staff have a higher than excepted English which was a surprise but help my stay. Zhengzhou is a great base to explore Henam provience May 7, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by No improvement shown in this hotel. Hotel arranged a room facing the city instead of the main street, less noise coming up and that was good. However, the furniture or the room decoration material kept making some cracking noise during the night...not a good sleep as well. Checked with my other workmates, they felt the same way. The shower room did not take all the water timely, the water almost covered my feet and looks like it was going to be a big tub. And then the water flow to the rest room, I happened to leave my jeans and socks on the ground in the rest room, they were all wet... No recognition of the SPG until I show them the card. It could be understandable If it was the 1st time, but this is the 2nd time, just unbelievable. May 24, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Really bad experience for the one night stay My room was facing the main street, but my assumption was that should be fine during the night time. However, the noise from the Truck was on-going all night. Can barely sleep any minute that night. During check-out, for no-reason and no explanation, the lady at the receptionist just went away to another counter for another the middle of my check-out process...Can not imagine how such things could happen...
