Rated 1 out of 5 by The Banquette team was Horrible We had a wedding event on 23 August 2014. During the preparation period, we had contact with Mrs. Perihan and Miss Reem, both of them were arrogant and extremely non reponsive to our request. Negative and ostile Atittude is the best that I can describe them with. I have been in contact with Mr. Joseph who showed understanding and resolved as much to his best. During the event the Ballroom staff specially Mr. Micheal were co-operative to a huge extent. Actually, I will NEVER recommend this Hotel to any of my contacts, as the expereince were below the expectation of even a 4* hotel. August 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by My stay was very comfortable My overall stay was stunning. the bed was so comfortable and when I entered the room the temrature was perfect. I had dinner at Live sports bar and the staff were so helpful. The food was amazing. I loved the free internet with the high speed. The check in and check out process was quick. The guy who checked me in was very friendly. When I ordered room service, I was surprised with the fast delivery and the good quality as well. This hotel is very good value for money. Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfort stay i arrived to Cairo international airport early 14th Jan from Beirut on the way to Sharm El Sheikh , the hotel with direct access from terminal 3 to hotel via bridge , This is a great hotel and extremely quiet The service was very efficient , the staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was huge, modern, with comfortable, sound-proof . January 15, 2014

For transit passengers an entrance from transit area, for night stay without getting visa should be recommendable Price for one night without breakfast fairly too high: you should offer spg members a lower rate, without breakfast for early morning departing people March 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Retired Diplomat Hotel staff were very friendly. My wife says that every airport should have a hotel like the one in Cairo, proving that the manager is doing a great job. For example, the restaurant staff made a special effort to prepare cappucino's specially for our taste. The concierge and valet were also very responsive and efficient. rooms were very clean and staff was cheerful. Only comment is that breakfast should have more varieties and the egg station was not in a good area. Also, menu for room service after midnight was limited. Should have club sandwiches. But restaurant manager deserves special credit for being accommodating during regular meal times. September 7, 2014
