My husband & I stayed for 2 nights on the 3rd floor. The occupancy rate was still rather low as the hotel is brand new so get the pool to myself most of the time! For less than USD200 a night, I've no complaints with the size & comfort of the room, the trendy & chic design and the cool music the hotel plays throughout the day. However, theres no Ocean view on side i stayed on, pity cause the beach is so near. The slight complaint was the slow service @ the restaurant, I wonder how they'll cope once the occupancy doubles!!

This hotel had better close,
1) The Bill is mistaken again and again,
although I say my room plan is include
usd25 per day coupon,
They add the USD 100 charge to bill,instead of discount.When I chack in,I don't charge UNICEF donation.But they charge ,when I check out.
They don't say "Sorry." and smile.
2)Now painting and repair,so it is bbad smell and noisy.
3)There is no staff in "WALA" every time.
And 2 kind of case are empty.
I have to select from only 3 kind of ice cream.
3)Their SPA is in the temporary room.
They don't say until in the SPA.
4)if you stay the lagoon access room,
swimming person can see you well.
5)This hotel's security is so weak,
some construction people walk inthe hotel.
And the seafood BBQ restrant behind this hotel.
the security person is only 1.

We use a golf cart to get to the lobby as we are going to play golf, this is unique. Rooms are modern, classy and detail. Lagoon access room which makes us fascinated which directly facing the swimming pool where they use salt water. An unforgettable experience.

New Hotel in Jimbaran. The services is good. Thank you so much for upgrading my room from classic to laggon view room. I will be back in August with my family, hope you can upgrade my room again :). The breakfast is very good. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The design is a good but lost touch in Bali style.

傍晚起 飯店旁 海邊整排的BBQ燒烤店帶來的煙霧 似乎引起了飯店的感煙偵測器數次發報 關於這點應該一直困擾著飯店管理者

We enjoyed our short stay at the new Le Meridien Jimbaran. Obviously we expected a few teething problems as the hotel has only just opened and a number of areas were not fully staffed or complete.
The staff were amazing and any request we had were dealt with immediately.
We did not like the fact that the bathrooms have glass windows visible from the room (ridiculous in twin share rooms) and the painting was substandard. Pool towels should be provided in the rooms with direct pool access.
We look forward to returning to this hotel later in the year.

The check in was smooth and swift. The room is clean and comfortable. My remark about the privacy in the restroom (glass) was immediately taken care of. All the staff, without exception, were nice and available to help and most importantly with a natural smile.
The hotel is still under soft opening, so not all facilities are ready and there is some drilling noise (slight noise - not really disturbing) and you can see workers around. The spa is not ready yet.
Being an SPG member, I was upgraded to a direct lagoon access room which I appreciate.
I have seen twice a big crab in the lagoon at night. so whenever the kids or I swim, I always keep watching. I have passed this information to the hotel for remedy.
The breakfast was so delicious and diversified. Good value for money when it comes to F&B (We got 30% discount on all our meals and drinks). Bring some wine with you if you can as there is very little choice in their wine list.
The check out was smooth too, however, and once I reached my next destination, I was surprised to receive an SMS from my bank with circa 600 USD charged to my card. I waited for a communication from the hotel to explain, but nothing, so I wrote to them. Apparently, some invoices from day 1 and 2 were not posted.
The hotel is still in soft opening and this kind of issues is expected. But the staff always makes it up for you with something.
All staff is doing his best to please guests. And they can do better if they are helped, coached and accompanied more (this is a message to starwood)
Overall, the stay was great. I will certainly go there again after the grand opening
