Yes. As a Starwood Preferred Guest®, you benefit from an exchange rate of 1 Starpoint® to 1 airline mile on most major airline carriers. You may choose to receive credit for your stay in either your frequent flyer account or your Starwood Preferred Guest account. However, you may not receive both Starpoint credit and frequent flyer credit for the same stay.
Yes. Even if you forgot to present your airline frequent flyer card at check-in, you can still request credit for miles after your stay. However, you must have paid a qualifying rate and the hotel you stayed in must participate in your frequent flyer programme. The dates of your stay must be within one year of the date of departure for this request to be processed. Please mail a copy of your bill showing the dates of stay, your name, address, phone number, rate and your frequent flyer number to:

You will hear from us only if your request cannot be processed. Otherwise, your miles will be processed in 6 to 8 weeks.
Please note: You cannot receive both frequent flyer miles and Starpoints® for the same stay. If you have already received Starpoints, we will be unable to credit miles for your stay.
