Diversity: The Only Way
As a global organization, our associate searches and hiring practices are

Partnerships
A commitment to embracing and drawing upon the talents of our associates
and attentively caring for our guests begins with senior management and extends
to each associate. By creating national partnerships with associations focused
on serving the needs and concerns of individual differences - race, gender and
sexual orientation, to name a few - we hope to invigorate the markets in which
we operate and the guests we serve.
Diversity Council
Our Diversity Council is comprised of senior leaders at The Luxury
Collection and Starwood. The council's role is to partner with other corporate
leaders to implement a progressive strategy via the support of dedicated staff
change agents in our Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
Just as we approach all our business imperatives, our Corporate Diversity Council has developed a multi-year plan for advancing representational change. In keeping with our history, we are committed to setting the standards and the pace for the hospitality industry, raising the bar on how we deploy and develop associates, and in the process, stimulating our business success.
