Chef Francis Paniego is the gastronomic consultant to both the gourmet Restaurante Marqués de Riscal and the traditional Bistró 1860. This celebrated Riojan chef is proud of being the first in the region to be awarded a Michelin star for his culinary work at the Portal de Echaurren Restaurant (about an hour drive from the hotel).
After enjoying a superb meal, what better way to relax than by simply taking your favorite drink to the rooftop lounge and library, or enjoying the relaxing ambience of the hotel’s wine bar, where a delightful menu of light bites is also available.
