Menu options include a variety of standout and seasonal dishes with ingredients sourced base on season and produce from the region, combination of East meets West menus incorporating Asian and Western specialty dishes.

Chinese or western style dinners are also available as a buffet (150 - 350 guests) or plated course (from 150 - 240 guests), and include a long list of creatively prepared dishes such as poached king prawns in herb butter. A specially designed fusion menu is available upon request for a truly unique affair.
