Weddings
Hotel Alfonso XIII’s rarefied, explicitly romantic ambiance is a flawless setting for a personal and extraordinary occasion. In addition to an unparalleled atmosphere, guests who choose to host their wedding at the hotel receive the following wedding package amenities:
• A 45 minute pre-lunch or dinner aperitif
• A menu tasting for:
6 people: Weddings superior to 100 people
4 people: Weddings up to 100 people
2 people: Weddings with a minimum of 30 people and up to 50 people
• Wedding night accommodations for the bride and groom:
Up to 80 people: A special room rate and complimentary bottle of Spanish Cava
80-150 people: A complimentary double room, bottle of Spanish Cava, and chocolates
150+ people: A complimentary suite, bottle of Spanish Cava, and chocolates
Late checkout (no later than 3pm)—subject to availability—is permitted
• Three parking spaces free of charge
• Reservations in another of our company’s hotels
• Possibility of contracting services including: musical groups, photographers, video, hostesses/stewards, horse drawn carriages, and waiters in 18th Century uniforms
• Supplement for waiters in 18th Century uniforms:
€75,00 + 16% VAT per waiter. (Maximum of ten waiters)
Please note the following stipulations:
• Music is permitted until 1am on the first floor and up to 3:30am in the Italic Salon with a DJ and maximum of 199 people
• Music can only be contracted during open bar (a maximum of four hours)
• Musicians must respect voltage and decibel levels set by the hotel
• We reserve the right of admissions for musical groups
• Note: Food or beverages not contracted through the hotel are not permitted
A 5% discount on the menu and open bar is given to weddings held Sunday through Friday, except public holidays.
A 10% discount is given for weddings held in January, from the 1st to 15th of February, or in July and August.
