Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. In order to confirm connecting rooms, please contact the hotel directly.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 15 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Children under 4 years of age eat for free from the buffet at the main restaurant.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Waitlists are not offered at the resort.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Facility Use Policy
The resort and its facilities are only available to registered guests. Additionally, the following facilities have age requirements:
The Enalia Restaurant and Balthazar Restaurant allow children 9 years and older.
The Amber Bar allows children 16 years and older.
Kids Club is available for kids 3 - 12 years old.
Creche facilities available from 1 month to 3 years old.
The Spa Facilities allow children 16 years and older.
Pets are not allowed.
Visas are not required for European Union guests. A Visa is required for guests from countries outside the European Union.
Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
All major credit cards are accepted at the resort. The card holder must be present at the time of check-in. Written authorization required for 3rd party payment.
