Currency Fluctuations

We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21 years, with valid identification.

Age Requirement Policy

All guests must be a minimum of 18 years old to check-in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Babysitting/Child Care Policy

Grosvenor House is pleased to provide childcare services for children of all ages. A minimum three-hour service commitment is required, and reservations should be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please note that a 24-hour cancellation policy also applies.

We regret that checks are not accepted as a method of payment.

Connecting Room Policy

The hotel is pleased to offer connecting rooms upon request, based upon availability at the time of guest's arrival.

Exchange Rate Policy

Dress Code

Please note that guests are requested to dress modestly in public areas. Notably, swimwear may only be worn in pool or beach areas, and all restaurants require particular dress codes.

While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based upon availability at the time of guest's arrival.

Extra Bedding Policy

It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds and cribs upon request, based upon availability. Rollaway beds are offered exclusively in serviced apartments and suites---and are subject to a fee per bed, per night. Please note that while cribs are complimentary, the hotel does not supply crib blankets, bumpers, or pillows.

Club Lounge Access Policy

Access to the Club Lounge is restricted to those 21 years or older. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Late Checkout Policy

We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request, based upon availability. In the case of a late checkout before 6pm, an additional half-day room rate will apply. For checkouts after 6pm, a full-day room rate will apply. Please note that both fees are subject to 10% municipality tax and a 10% service charge.

Pet Policy

While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, Grosvenor House does not accept pets at this time.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

The hotel accepts both local and foreign currencies as forms of payment, along with credit cards. If paying with a credit card, please be advised that the card holder must be physically present at the time of check-in, as the hotel does not accept third-party credit cards.

Safety/Security Policy

The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms, suites, residences, and public areas.

Smoking Policy

We are pleased to accommodate requests for smoking or non-smoking guest rooms. However, in compliance with the Government of Dubai’s legislation, smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the hotel, and permitted exclusively in select restaurants and bars. Additionally 50% of our outside dining terraces are designated as smoking areas.

Visa/Passport Policy

US nationals as well as citizens of most Western European countries, Australia, and New Zealand may obtain an entry visa upon arrival at any UAE International Airport. All other nationalities must obtain a UAE entry visa prior to arrival. Nevertheless, we recommend that all guests confirm visa requirements before departure. Guests should contact the hotel directly to place their names on a waitlist for guest rooms. They will be contacted promptly as accommodations become available.
