Special Conditions
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Hotel Policies
Accessible Policy
The hotel has one wheelchair available for guest use and one accessible room, a Junior Suite on the ground floor. If you require the accessible room, please make a note in your reservation or call the hotel directly.
Alcohol Policy
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 17.
Age Requirement Policy
All hotel guests must be 18 years old to register. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult.
Check Policy
We regret that checks are not accepted as method of payment. In addition, the hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
Hotel Des Indes features a limited number of connecting rooms in different room categories. Please submit requests for connecting rooms to reservations.desindes@luxurycollection.com or call (31)(70) 361-2345.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate will apply to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Pre-paid reservations cannot be amended without forfeiture according to the terms and conditions of the reservation. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Check-ins prior to 3pm cannot be guaranteed; however, they may be honored based upon availability. Check-ins prior to 10am also cannot be guaranteed and will be charged a fee of 50 EUR. Please reserve the night prior to your arrival if you must check in before 10am.
Extra Bedding Policy
The hotel charges a fee for an additional bed for children ages 3 to 12 years. Guests 13 years and older are considered adults and must be included when booking a room rate.
Cribs are provided upon request free of charge. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.
Please note that one extra bed or crib can be placed in Executive Rooms and Suites only. Our Superior Rooms cannot accommodate an extra bed or crib.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy

ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or identification card.
Pet Policy
While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the hotel does not accept pets at this time.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Waitlist Policy
We regret that the hotel does not maintain a waitlist.
