Connecting Room Policy
The resort does not have connecting rooms.
Family Plan Policy
Due to safety concerns, children under 14 years of age will not be admitted into the resort. Please note that all guests are charged as adults.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of their confirmed length of stay. Please contact the resort for further information.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a valid passport or an ID card for Greek guests.
Due to our location on a cliff, those with disabilities and mobility problems may have difficulty going to or from the resort. Guests should expect many uneven steps.
Pets are not allowed.
SPG Participation Disclaimer
All rooms at Mystique are suites; therefore, Starpoint Award reservations must be booked at a higher Starpoint rate through your local customer contact center.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Smoking is allowed on guest room balconies and in the outdoor spaces of the Charisma Restaurant. Please contact the resort for further information.
Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
