Policies

ADA Policy

Hotel provides accommodations, services, and amenities to guests with disabilities in accordance with local regulations and codes. ADA / Accessible rooms are available.

Alcohol Policy

We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21 with valid identification. No outside alcohol is permitted.

Age Requirement Policy

All guests must be 21 or older to reserve a room. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult.

Cancel Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please give the hotel notice 24 hours notice. No-shows and any cancellations received within 24 hours will incur a full room rate penalty.

Check Cashing Policy

We are pleased to accept checks as a method of payment to those guests who present a valid, major credit card with photo identification. A maximum of $100 per day and $500 per week is available.

Connecting Room Policy

The hotel is pleased to offer 45 connecting rooms for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability.

Early Arrival Policy

While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based upon availability.

Fire Safety Policy

The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms.

Guarantee Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. We are pleased to accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Late Checkout Policy

Check out time is 12 noon. We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 3pm, an additional $75 charge will apply. For check-outs before 6pm, half-day rates will apply.

Pet Policy

SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills is delighted to welcome pets to our hotel. We permit one dog (40 lbs) per room and provide the following amenities for their comfort: a personalized welcome letter, dog bowl, bed and mat, SLS branded personalized ID tags, and a Pet Welcome Kit. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in and a non-refundable $120 cleaning fee per room per stay will apply.

Payment Policy

Credit card authorization forms are accepted as a form of payment for reservations that are only for a one night stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Purchase Order Acceptance Policy

Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. A valid credit card is needed to check-in.

Smoking Policy

We regret that smoking is not allowed at the hotel. A penalty of $250 applies for smoking in a guest room. Smoking is permitted in any outdoor area, including the valet, Bazaar Terrace, Garden Room Terrace, and outside of the Guest Lobby.

Visa/Passport Policy

Passport restrictions for air travel to and from the United States and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean have taken effect. Travelers are required to have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States with all air travel. Most travelers can find information at the U.S. Department of State Website. Travelers from Canada should check with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
