Peruvian Tax Information
Per local tax laws, an 18% tax must be paid by Peruvian citizens and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru. To be exempt from this 18% tax (IVA), a guest must present both a valid, original passport and a copy of an immigration card. Guests who are unable to present both documents will be required to pay the tax.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Connecting Room Policy
The resort is pleased to offer connecting rooms for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability.
Please be advised that all room rates and charges are quoted in US Dollars. If participating in the First Currency Choice Program, billing is processed in the guest's home currency, and is subject to the exchange rate of the credit card company.
Early Departure Policy
Upon your arrival, your departure date will be confirmed at the front desk. If you depart earlier than your confirmed date, the entire amount of your confirmed stay, plus taxes, will be charged to your credit card.
Early Arrival Policy
While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra beds upon request and upon availability in suites for a fee of $100.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is at noon (12pm). We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request and availability. Fees may apply.
While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the resort does not accept pets.
We regret that smoking is not allowed in the hotel.
Tax Exempt Policy
Non-resident travelers are exempted of the 18% IGV (Peruvian Sales Tax) in lodging, upon presentation of Passport and Andean Migration Card (Tarjeta Andina de Migración) upon registration. The arrival date stamped by the Peruvian Immigration officer should be less than 60 days; otherwise, this exemption cannot be applied.
