It is our pleasure to provide rollaway beds at an additional fee. Cribs are available upon request; however, there are no crib bumpers. Please note that most rooms cannot accommodate an extra bed due to fire regulations.
A few Deluxe King Rooms, most Grand Deluxe King Rooms, and most Junior King Suites can accommodate one rollaway bed. Each Deluxe Suite, Superior Suite, Palace Suite, and Specialty Suite has a sofa bed in its living area. A few Deluxe Suites can accommodate one rollaway bed in addition to the sofa bed.
Guest rooms with double beds can accommodate up to four people in existing bedding. Guest rooms with king-size beds can accommodate up to two people in existing bedding. Due to fire code regulations, extra beds cannot be added.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. Please confirm your departure date with the front desk by 11pm on the day of your arrival to avoid a $100 early departure fee.
For security purposes, we ask that you present a valid picture ID at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out between 2pm to 6pm, an additional half day rate plus tax will apply. For check-outs after 6pm, a full day rate plus tax will apply.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Facility Use Policy
Pool and Fitness Center privileges are for registered guests only.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
The Palace Hotel is delighted to welcome pets to our hotel. Accommodations are available on designated pet friendly floors and in guest rooms assigned by the hotel. We permit one dog (15lbs/7kg or less) per room and provide the following amenities for their comfort: a Dog bowl, bed and mat and a Pet Welcome Kit. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in and a non-refundable cleaning fee of 75 USD per room per night (plus applicable taxes) will apply. Service Dogs are exempt from weight limit and cleaning fee.
We kindly ask that guests observe the following regulations when traveling with their pets:
To supervise pets at all times.
To utilize the 'Dog in Room' door hanger at all time.
To keep all dogs on a leash when outside the room. Please note that we do not permit pets in the hotel's meeting rooms, dining venues or the fitness center/swimming pool area.
We are pleased to offer our guests complimentary access to the wellness center on the fourth floor. We kindly ask that all children be supervised by an adult.
Health & Well-Being Policies
To ensure that all guests enjoy their experience, please respect and note the following:
All guest room floors quiet time begins at 11pm. Only registered guests should be occupied in the suites or guest room after this time. A maximum of 4 guests are permitted in a suite or guest room at any one time.
If there is a noise complaint, the hotel’s Security Team will issue a warning.
If there is a second complaint, the registered guest will be evicted from the hotel with no refund.
The guest rooms and suites are not designated for group functions. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Catering Department.
Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times.
The Palace Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Fees start at 500 USD for guest rooms and 1000 USD for suites.
The hotel no longer cashes checks for guests. Several banks are within walking distance.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase a gift card in any amount, please contact the Concierge desk anytime between 7pm and 11pm. It can be sent anywhere in the world via FedEx two-day shipping at current pricing. Gift cards do not expire.
To redeem a gift card, it must be presented to the front desk or a dining venue when payment is due.
This hotel does not accept credit card authorization forms by fax. For a PCI compliant credit card authorization link, please contact Palace.email@example.com, Monday through Friday, between 7am and 4pm PST. After hours, please contact 00373FrontDeskManagers@starwoodhotels.com. Notice is required at least 72 hours prior to the guest’s arrival date in order to set up the billing request.
