Rated 5 out of 5 by Best in Town Firstly, the team including front desk, luggage, butler and restaurant were friendly and professional, personifying the best of Greek hospitality. On top of that our suite was sensational and the rooftop restaurant was a hit with us and our 7 year old son. We are looking forward to the next time at this unique hotel. July 21, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Brilliant location Heritage building, brilliant location and a lot of history associated. However, the reception offers Luke warm treatment. Never felt special during the stay, felt the lack of personal touch July 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding service From room upgrade to local recommendations to handling a meal issue, first class customer service. Well done! July 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding Hotel I've stayed at luxury hotels all over Europe -- from the Ritz to Brown's -- and this hotel was best. Beautiful hotel, great service, outstanding comfort! This was the best part of our stay in Athens. July 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Loved it Thank you for a delightful experience. July 18, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor Acropolis view from lower floors While the hotel claims that there is a view of Acropolis view from the 2nd and 3rd floor, there is barely a decent view of the Acropolis. When asked to move onto a different room on a higher floor with a view, I received absolutely no response from the staff, despite asking to speak to the front desk manager. Also, the so-called "butler" service does nothing! July 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Gorgeous! We felt completely spoiled here, thank you! July 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Grand traditional hotel An old fashioned and suptuous experience. However, high prices and noisy unsupervised children in corridor lat at night and a lot of children geneally July 14, 2014
