Booked Kämp for a weekend with my husband. The room was spacious, tidy and very comfortable.
Breakfast was very nice with great selection of different breakfast items.
Staff was kind and helpful.
We will definitely check for Kämp availability from now on whenever we are in Helsinki.

alles ok. Allerdings war das teure WLAN im Hotel für mich enttäuschend. Die ganze Stadt hat kostenloses Wlan - nur das Hotel nicht. Daher für mich nicht volle Punktzahl.

Perfect Hotel as a base to explore Helsinki. Very comfortable, great service, good advice. Clean rooms and common areas with amenities refreshed daily. No reminders were nescessary. A real pleasure to have stayed there.

The hotel was a disappointment due to absolutely no customer service when arriving. No one greeted us at the entrance.We had to take the luggage out of the trunk of the car ourselves.Throughout our four night stay no one greeted us personally by name or acknowleged us unless approaching the front desk. Unacceptable for a five star hotel.

The room was very nice.
The breakfast had also good choices of international cuisine.
The Front Desk employees were very helpful assisting us with our inquiries of tours and things to visit in Helsinki.
The gym was well equipped however the sauna was chargable.
Generally a great hotel with very good facilities.

The only thing i can complain about is the shower, the water was flooding into the bathroom.

Room service breakfast was great, but breakfast at the restaurant was too stressful, slow service and they were out of many items.
They only speak english and finnish although swedish is a national language in Finland.
Very comfortable bed in the room.
The hotel attracts screaming fans when a big music star is giving a concert in the city. That means difficulties to get in and out from the front door and loud noices outside your room.
