I have been staying at the Grosvner House for the better half of 3 years now, and yes with the new Tower the facilities have also reached a level which truly defines Luxury. The only, draw back with a high demand property ,is the inability to have sufficient staff to man the telephone lines. It tends to be very frustrating, when the management is not able to anticipate the volume of calls so that departments can at least answer the phone lines. If a in-house guest is not able to contact a person, how things suppose to be delivered or even picked up. I earnestly request management to look into this especially for business guests who are always on the GO!!

The devil is in the details, and this hotel does EVERYTHING right.
I will not repeat everything that has been said here, but if I should mention one thing, it would be the excellent SPG recogniton. When we were worried about noise because of the low floor situated suite we were given, they promptly gave us a high floor apartment in the newest tower. We did not expect that, and were blown away by the customer service reagrding the change of room/suite.
Some (very minor) room for improvement:
- We found some broken glass on the balcony, which we easily could have stepped in, and one day we did not receive wash clothes.
- the was a constant buzz from the aircon also when it was turned off. As a light sleeper, it took some time to get used to it.
- the curtains in the bed room were not fully blocking out all sun light. And we had to get assistance to get the outer curtains closed.
- We did receive a bottle of white wine (probably because of my partner's birthday), however it was of lower quality and quite frankly not very good (and I am not a picky wine drinker).

This hotel included the facilities at Royal Meridien, you do not need any thing else in your holiday. Good shuttle bus all the time and we recommend it a lot. You got all the bars, swimming pool, children activitys , restaurant, SPA and all you need.

Arrived late eve after a long flight from WA, it was a huge and pleasant surprise to find we had been upgraded to a three bedroom apartment. We were amazed how huge and lovely it was. View from the balcony was stunning, looking over the marina to the left and the beach to the right. So excited that couldn't sleep so browsed round the marina at 1am in the morning!!
Another special touch was receiving beautiful flowers, platter of fruit and wine with good wishes from Grosvenor House as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.
Staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Loved breakfast sitting overlooking the marina, food was excellent, so much choice.
Enjoyed a relaxing treatment at the spa.
Tried out the Budda bar and bar44, very pleasant guy making the cocktails at bar 44
Had three wonderful nights, would have loved to stay longer was still so much to see and do.
Will definitely stay at the Grosvenor again, and will highly recommend to my friends.

Apartment are beautiful, restaurants are excellent, facilities are very good and the staff are nice, clever and helpfull. A special congratulation for Carlton and Nila from Tower 2 for their professionalism.
