Exceptionally good service, very clean & sumptuous hotel -they also helped celebrate my husband's Birthday with flowers, delicious cake & champagne, lovely touch, thanks Rumesh! Room excellent, lovely view over the Palm, pity about main road beneath hotel, altho once doors closed you couldn't hear any road noise. Swimming pool area disappointing but easy to get transport to sister hotel. Level 5 staff & facilities excellent. Signage around hotel could be improved to indicate available facilities across either of the 2 Towers.

Having stayed at Grosvenor House Tower 1 five times in succession utilising the premium executive facilities, we were sadly disappointed in the considerable downgrade of both the canapės and drinks. The canapés we would rate 1 out of 10 and the cocktails were no match for those provided in GH1. The quality and also the brands of drinks available had also been severely cut back. The executive lounge is on the 5th floor, it is very dark with no view as opposed to the previous lounge in GH1 which was on the 44th floor overlooking the Palm.

This hotel more than met our expectations in every aspect & the staff are to be highly commended for their prompt & friendly assistance at every opportunity. We will definitely stay here again at our first opportunity & highly recommend it . Thank you to All concerned for your care.

I've just had a stopover in Dubai to break up my trip from London to Australia. Grosvenor House is a beautiful hotel- very tastefully decorated, courteous & attentive staff, beautiful restaurants, and lovely rooms with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-day stay & would have no hesitation in returning.

We have stayed before at the Grosvenor House and knew what to expect with the levels of comfort, friendliness and facilities. This time, the staff and hotel excelled themselves.
Superlatives do not do justice to our experience over a four night stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are nicely furnished. Excellent service. Amazing breakfast. Free shuttle and the use of facilities at le Meridien very convenient.

Never seizes to impress me, from 2007 until today the GH has kept the same promise of service excellence and taken steps to even improve the facility with the addition of Tower 2

Rated 5 out of 5 by Guido I was very positivly imprest. The hotel is excellent.
The only negatve impression was about the cleanless from the windows. This was almost non acceptable. Probably due to sand storm and combination with humidity.
Hope this can be solved.
