Rated 4 out of 5 by Mixed stay The pro's: Got our room even though we arrived already mid day. nice room decoration and very clean Good location Friendly check-in The con's: Besides check in staff is not responsive, long wait in the bar till one gets serviced, long wait at the breakfast area. Wrong order was served at breakfast. Had to send reminder to hotel to get the promotion points for the room category booked. Overall a nice hotel, but staff responsiveness surely needs improvement - had the same problem I stayed there in fall 2015 May 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best service, perfect location! Beeing at the Des Indes in The Hague for bussiness purpose at the very hotel, I was not surprised, but gratefully impressed by the professionallity and kindness of the whole team. We will repeat for sure! Thank you Des Indes team! April 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best hotel in The Hague Our second visit to The Hague and this is definitely the best hotel in the city. Elegant, and full of history and charm, it rivals some of the great hotels in Paris. We were upgraded to a suite, breakfast thrown in, and the best bed to sleep in and we couldn't want for more. Location is perfect with great restaurants only a 1 minute walk from the hotel and central old town only a ten minute walk. We will definitely return. April 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Platinum Recognition Good location nearby The Hague city and tram station. Platinum member recognition by room upgrade to junior suite and complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was great with friendly and helpful staff. Nice interior in the hotel. Overall excellent experience and definitely will stay here again. Highly recommended hotel to stay in. March 4, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointing The booking was supposed to be an executive room however the mediocre room supplied had a shower over the bath, and an outlook onto the wall of the building across the back street. The description had been for city views!! February 8, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by hotel standard is in-sufficient * 2 rooms were reserved, each for 3 persons; upon arrival the rooms were not adequately prepared (no additional bed, towels, water etc.) * cleanliness of, especially one of the rooms, was far below 4 star level; sper m stains on furniture, bathroom not clean, dusty in spaces difficult to reach. (evidenced by pictures) * Linens on 4 of 6 bed were not properly fixed; feet end at pillow side. * Quality of room finishing of average quality (painting, tiling) * service by personnel went very stiff, was not very hospital and unfriendly in some cases. * breakfast service was obviously adjusted, but not properly communicated to wards us January 4, 2016
