Se nota que los empleados estan entrenados en base a una filosofía de servicio.
Todos se esmeran en hacerte sentir comodo.
Es el mejor hotel de Chile, totamente recomendado.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Some issues with iPad connectivity in the room but the wi-if did work fine with the laptop. I found that the iPad connection to wi-if worked fine in the 21st floor lounge so issue was only limited to my room.
A helpful service was being able to charge the use of a taxi to my room when traveling from the hotel to a local meeting. I don't see that service anywhere else!

The hotel is a delight to be in and the staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable. This comes at a significant cost and there should not be any expectations of otherwise. With that said, it is worth the extra cost.

Hotel Originally made a mistake and placed us in sheraton section . After far too much negotiating was placed in tower. Ok but not more than what a sheraton base standard should be. Room reeked of smoking. Food was poor at every level. Especially 21 floor lounge. Asked to come for complimentary happy hr. yet paid $150 for drinks. No appoloy or attempt to correct. Worse hotel experience since becoming an SPG member. Not sure SPG is worth it to risk these sort of experiences.

I can't say enough about the St. Cristobal Sheraton. I got sick on the 2nd day of my 1 week stay and required medical attention. Since I did not speak Spanish, I was not able to get medical service from the neighboring clinic, so I relied solely on the staff of the Sheraton for help. They had a doctor come to my room and later got me the prescriptions that I needed. I can't say enough about the hospitality of the conceirges and the customer relations team. Throughout the rest of the week, they kept checking in on me to see if I was doing well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The hotel did no offer CNN
The room had no coffee maker
There was no wash cloth in the bathroom
It was too difficult to regulate water temperature when taking shower
There was not satisfactory water pressure from shower head
Poor service and food selection at the executive lounge
