Rated 1 out of 5 by Very dated rooms, terrible mattress and non-responsive staff The room was very clean, however the suite I booked had a king bed with a mattress that clearly hadn't been updated in I would guess 10-15 years. After calling numerous times to manager on duty to request a pillow top or some other accommodation, I was never called back. To make it worse, my friends were in an adjoining room next door and they had new Simmonds Beautyrest mattresses, which were quite comfortable and up to typical Starwood comfort. Room number 2056 needs attention and the staff needs training. Food delivered to room was sub-par and flavorless. Staff in lobby bar were also very rude about delivering a second glass of house wine when it was supposed to be two hours of complimentary house drinks. Beautiful city and great location, but i'll pass on The Park Tower next time. January 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great style & great location! Loved the hotel....style, sumptuious breakfast, attentive concierge. The maid service was spotty....she did not show up for evening turn down service three out if six nights! We missed our evening chocolates! We lived that we could walk everywhere. We were disappointed with the condition of the pool and the fact that it did not open until the last day of our six night stay......despite 80+ degree weather. December 6, 2015

Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor experience Firstly I would like to know why my prepayment wasn't taken when I made the booking in March but three days before I arrived in September. This disadvantaged me as the exchange rate had changed. I had access to an executive lounge which turned out to be the lobby lounge. The evening drinks and canapés were very disappointing. Service from the staff was very poor and the canapés were the same every night and not very tasty. On arrival I was not told what service I could get from my butler and would have used them more if I was aware. The level of service in the restaurant for breakfast was also mostly poor although the food was good. The concierge was very helpful as was one staff member on one night in the lounge. Rated 5 out of 5 by Impeccable service once again... Had another great stay at the Park Tower hotel. Service was exceptional, even better than the St Regis in San Francisco, which is one of my favorite hotels. Yes the rooms are a little dated, but they are luxurious, comfortable with high quality finishes. Service is the differentiator at this hotel and they are clearly differentiated from the competition in BA. June 1, 2015
