気持ちがよかった。
一つ難を言うとフロントで日本語があまり通じない
場面があった。
それ以外は問題なし。

I spent 4 nights there with my 2 children ( young adults) and we all had a great time. The room were very cleaned, staffs were friendly, hotel itself was so beautiful. The best part was that we didn't have to deal with traffic as the hotel is next to sky train station. We went out to places everyday without hassle.They gave us a late check out as my flight was at night. Being SPG member is always good. I love this hotel and will come back again. I give this hotel full 5 stars!!!

This is my second time in bangkok and my first time in Sheraton Sukhumvit. During this trip i stayed in three starwood properties, just to have a feel of each property. I am pleased to state that sheraton offered the best experience in terms of comfort, service and overall experience. keep up the good work.

I moved from another hotel fir the week end and found out whilst checking that the bar and live band music was not available on Friday and Saturday nights due to private parties. If I knew I would not have moved here. I think this is disrespectful fir the regular and loyal customer. I shared my disappointment with the staff but did not make any gesture to help me feel better.
I will not return to a hotel who dies not care about its long term loyal customers.

Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit is an excellent hotel with exceptional service.
Our Grande Suite was luxurious and in great condition with a very nice view of the lake.
The buffet breakfast is one of the best in Bangkok with grill station and fresh fruit station on top of other international breakfast items.
Great SPG Platinum recognition. The staff is very attentive to the details and needs of guests. Very quick check-in and check-out process from one of the 4 available staff waiting to serve guests. We are especially thankful for the help and service from 2 people: (1) we received excellent care and treatment from K. Bussakorn (Reservation Manager) even before we arrived at the hotel. (2) our housekeeping staff (Grande Suite #2702 on March 23 to 24) made sure that our suite is well taken care of throughout our stay.

Stayed here for 3 days. The rooms were elegant and clean. The buffet spread was great. The location was very convenient connecting to the Metro in less than 5 minutes. Cannot ask for more.
