Family Plan Policy

There is no extra charge for child twelve (12) years of age and under when sharing the same room and utilizing existing bedding. There is a maximum of two children allowed per room. There is no charge for breakfast for children under three (3) years of age. Child breakfast charges apply for children three (3) to twelve (12) years of age. Normal breakfast charges apply for children thirteen (13) years of age and above.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Under renovation, temporarily short staffed I stayed at this hotel over 10 times past few years and so far had good experiences. This hotel is undergoing renovation but on hold temporarily due to decrease in number of guests/tourists resulting from recent political turmoil in Thailand. Recently renovated rooms are clean with modern feel. New Flat screen TV but DVD player is gone. I also liked the TV that swivel toward the work desk but this time it is fixed to the wall so I could not watch the news while I was working. The hotel has closed some of the floors due to slow business and it seemed short staffed in few areas. The men's shower and especially steam room had foul moldy smell and didn't seem clean. Usually I can see staff frequently cleaning these areas but haven't seen anyone cleaning throughout my stay when I used the facility this time. Told the staff about the moldy smell and recommended cleaning with Clorox to get rid of mold but it didn't change the next day. After another suggestion, some one must have cleaned with bleach the following day as it was clean and no more moldy smell. I wasn't sure if the hot tub water was clean so did not use it. Some of the restaurants are closed temporarily due to slow business and the breakfast at Orchid Cafe also seemed to be affected by this. Number of food items and quality of food seemed to have gone down compared to what I've seen previously. Overall this is a good hotel in convenient location. I hope business picks up and the quality of service return to where it was. April 11, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Superb service and features From the moment we arrived at the front door to our departure, we were treated as first class guests. The room layout including the multinpiece bath and walk in closet was comfortable and luxuriously appointed. The pool was an oasis of tranquility in the bustling noisy city. The staff was extremely well trained and saw to our every need. Being on the train line, it was easy to access all of the city. This is the place to stay.. March 25, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Service. Exceptional Pool Our great experience at this hotel started upon arrival with exceptional check-in service by Kunita at Front Office. At check-in, I explained to Kunita that my wife was due to arrive the next day and that she will require a keycard as I will not be in the hotel. The next day, Kunita received my wife upon her arrival and even escorted her to our room. From then, the service that we received throughout our stay was great - attentive and friendly. The service staff at the poolside were very helpful and the pool, it must be said, was extremely lovely - tranquil and beautiful; almost like sitting in your very own garden. The downside to the experience was that we didn't get to try 2 of the restaurants in the hotel that we looking forward to. Rossini as it is currently closed and Basil which was only open for dinner and thus, didn't suit our schedule. Still, all in all, our stay was great; made that much better because of the personable service. April 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfort & Happiness Location is perfect, of course. Bed and all the facilities were comfortable and the poolside was good to rest. Staffs were so kind & helpful(readiness for songkran's water splash..). They amused people well. But the restaurant for breakfast was too cold, and some cocktails of the poolside bar taste not good enough. April 14, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Style, service and location A grande hotel with style and elegance - simply first class! The staff are friendly and courteous, efficient and helpful, and go out of their way to assist one in one's needs. The Hotel breakfast is amazing with a wide selection of food types. The location with its many malls, shopping street and restaurants easily reached on foot add to the experience. March 19, 2014
