Traditional hotel, quite palatial... quite old fashioned in places, but that's the style. Food and service of the highest quality. Lovely stay except it was too cold. Conference and meeting rooms far too cold for comfort. All women were complaining... it's OK for me as they tend to wear jackets and t-shirts under their shirts. But for women who feel the cold much more and don't wear as much, it's not good. There is no need to blow cold air at us. Fed this back last year, but still the same. Spoilt it for me.

Our stay at the palace is now one of the wonderful memories of our relationship!
We look forward to many more memories shared at the Palace.
I just wish they had a way to group all the families with small children together, it appeared as if a child care center opened at 7 a.m. Sunday morning next to us.
