A GREAT AMOUNT OF DETAIL IS IN EVERY HALLWAY, LOBBY, ENTRANCE WAY, STAIRCASE. LOTS OF SPARKLE, GLITTER AND , MARBLE ADORNS EVERY ROOM, WITH DECORATIVE MOULDINGS .BEAUTIFUL DRAPERIES ON THE WINDOWS.

Our first visit to Vienna was made extremely enjoyable largely due to the very pleasant and competent staff, with the exception of some difficulty I had in clearly communicating by email with the concierge staff before we arrived. The responses I received to questions concerning opera tickets were less than satisfying. Otherwise, every member of the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the concierge staff was much more helpful in person.
Our junior suite upgrade was a very nice surprise and appreciated.

The best location close to the state opera theatre and center of the Vienna city.
Subway station is underneath and convenient to all places in the city.
Interior decoration is classic & very European.

Wonderfully attentive staff. But breafkfast was so disappointing we passed on eating in the hotel. All was pretty good until the last day when the electricity in our room failed and we had to pack by Braille. Nice room otherwise. Very clean and tidy.

The greeting and service from the front desk team was genuine. I felt that they had my personal comfort and interests at heart. Small services such as the delivery to my room within 5 minutes of a replacement for a forgotten razor can mean a lot when you're away on business!
Delightful room with traditional elegance and up to date technology.

My first visit to the Bristol and it was just what was required. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location (50 yards from the Opera House and a tram stop outside) was perfect to explore, Although only staying for one night I will definitely be going back.
